Nope. A Same Sex Marriage is only valid in States that allow for gay marriage. Right now, thats MA.
Same Sex Marriages performed in other countries that allow Same Sex Marriage are also not valid here in the U.S.

No it isn't unless the state decides to recognize all marriage performed elsewhere.
As for johnnysunshine, sodomy is not illegal, fellatio is considered to be sodomy. Interesting how you failed to mention cunnilingus.

Its a state decision. Sodomy and fellatio are against the law in most states fyi.
