Is ıt possible to stay faithful to your spouse all life?...Or do we have to leave the sex just out of the love game of our marriage as having sex with the same person is considered boring and nonsense in our modern times?...

Iam married for 3 yrs .After one year of my marriage I started going for a job.My husband was not having any savings infact not even a bank A/c.Before marriage when I asked him he told that he is having some savings. But after marriage only I came to know the above fact. Then I adjusted I started going for a job and I started doing a little of savings. Ofcourse he has got bit of property . In the year 2005 he lost his job and he pledged my jewels and his jewels without my knowledge and at last I cam to know and I made an issue and atlast I only repaid the debt of Rs.30,000/- some how. After that I got him a job and he started going after that again he withdrew money from my A/c and cooly told that he has not done it .

What is the Roman Catholic Church stand in case of divorces and how can an annullment be obtained? Is the spouce from the previous marriage still considered wedded despite the divorce from the Indian courts?

After being with my partner for 6 years now, I feel sick at the thought that our relationship might be coming to an end. 9 months ago I was made redundant, I have struggled to get work as I'm over qualified for store work etc, and there is a shortage of IT jobs where I live. We have accrued lots of debt and she is very depressed. I've tried talking to her but she doesnt want to discuss anything. If I try to put my hand on her or hold her hand, she subtly moves it, but she's moving it non the less. We haven't made love for months, and she no longer replies when I say "I love you". I'm preparing myself inside for the split, what else can I do? Am I over-reacting?

Thanks in advance :)

Personally, I don't believe in prenups. This is like signing a contract hoping to get divorced. Isn't a marriage about sharing and compromising? If you don't trust the person you are marrying, why would you marry them? Don't give me the "just in case" crap either. What are your thoughts?

I've decided the time has come, and yet I find it bittersweet as I accuse myself because of my young child (pre-school). I know the rationale behind a child living in a happy home rather than a sterile one, and yet I think to a child a home is always their "home" and divorce is the worst of all legal things a married couple can do. Was it the hardest thing for you divorcees to take that final step - to actually speak the words, and how did you assist your children with the transition, the "parent moving out" and so forth. All sane advice and experience would be most welcome.
Thank you in advance.

I'll try to make this short.. Married for about 4 1/2 years and I've fallen out of love with him long ago...

1. It's been 8 months since we've had sex, this time around (but he lets me swing, BUT makes me feel guilty about it, sometimes)
2. He's also lazy around the house with most things (but had been making some dinners since we had our baby, 4 months ago).
3. Doesn't back me up with the kids when I'm having a real tough time with them. (kids from my 1st marriage)
4.He is also not consistant with them and gives in easily to get them off his back.
5. Never spends quality time with my son. (mainly just criticizes him.)
6. Makes fun of my own views, sometimes.
7. Very messy around the house.
8. I've threatened many times for divorce and each time he got better, but then went back to his old ways.
9. Selfish. (ie- keeping the house at a comfy level for himself, while I'm extremely cold)
10. Treats me like I can't make my own decisions sometimes or speak for myself.

We have been divorced for almost 7 years now. Tonight him and his new wife was in a mortorcycle accident. They are both in the hospital right now getting check out. My son called and told me, I worry about my son dealing with it. And have called him a few times to check on him. But I sit here with no feelings for my Ex. My husband asked me if I wanted to go to the hospital and if I did he understands but I told him NO way. Am I wrong for thinking this way

I told him I needed time to myself and that I didn't feel like having sex for a few days, I'm very stressed at work and depressed and he always told me he didn't want me to have sex with him unless I really wanted to, so I told him, I didn't want to, and now he's very sad and depressed and gloomy and sulking. He said it's because his ex wife told him she didn't want to have sex with him anymore and then left him 2 weeks after that. I have been very affectionate, and hugged and kissed him and assured him that I love him and won't leave him. Do you think that's the real reason he's sad or is it something else?

A friend's wife has been having an affair and has been lying to him about it the whole time. He doesn't deserve to be lied to and doesn't deserve to be treated this way. She doesn't deserve him. She's cheated on him 3 times. He doesn't know this. I can send a completely anonymous email to him telling him. Do I send it?

Husband and I have been married for ten years. He met and married his first wife when he was 19. No kids, it lasted a year and a half. He is now 41. We were at dinner and a crazy woman came up to us yelling about "replacement". She started throwing stuff at us and being a general um insert the word. She then sat down on my side of the booth and asked if I knew who she was. I said "No, but you need to get the F*** away from me." I can handle myself, but she hit me. I told the waitress to call the police. But, I didn't know at that time that it was husband's ex-wife. Husband just sat there in shock that this was happening. I filed charges and plan to get a restraing order on her, but husband says it's just a chance encounter don't bother. I will go ahead with the charges of assault. But should I go out of my way for a restraining order?

There is this man that I have known for years on a professional level. We have always gotten along as friends and coworkers. Shortly before I left the company weeks ago, he started to show interest in me and became flirtatious. I did not return the favor in part b/c I was shocked and b/c I knew I would be leaving. Although I really admire and think alot of him. He stepped his game up at first, but since I didn't, he began to slack off and our relationship returned to a professional one.Now that I have gone, I can not stop thinking of him. He may have someone else. That is unknown to me. My question here is not to ask him out or hope that he is single, but how do I go back now, and let him know I am interested after I kind of shot him down gently? I will end up having to go to the workplace, so I'll only have one shot at this. I do not want to look desperate nor do I want him to think he must drop what he has for me now. I just want him to know. it's nagging me.

The Superior Court of California-Orange County- grants a Decree AS IMPORTANT as a MARRIAGE DISSOLUTION Decree WITHOUT the SIGNATURE of its Authorised Official. It only bears the RUBBER STAMPS of the "Clerk" . When personal enquiry -whether signature CAN BE OBTAINED even on payment of some extra fees-was made at the Court-no SATISFACTORY Answer was forthcoming.
If a Remarriage is required to be carried out in some OTHER Country, this will NOT be considered a Valid Decree. Hence this Remarriage CANNOT be registered there.
Even the Notaries in that Country declined to Notarise the Phtocopies
of the Decree since the ORIGINAL is UNSIGNED.
Even in USA, ALL important Documents/Contracts/MOUs, etc, require to be SIGNED. Do the US Courts accept ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS which are UNSIGNED IN ANY OTHER MATTERS ?

Is there any REMEDY ?
