Love is not act of selfish it is the only thing in which we care about someone who have no blood relation with us. In love the more you give the more you get how can it be selfish

Every act in life is in some way selfish. Try and think of one selfless act...Love makes us feel good; it does something for us, therefore is selfish - but doesn't make it wrong! That is the antidote for humans free-will - keeps us balanced and controlled!

Love is patient love is kind, It is never selfish etc etc bottom line is that love is not supposed to be selfish, when you really care about someone you sacrifice a part of you just to be with that person, like a proper parent's love for their children, they work not for themselves but for their children, giving up opportunities to enjoy themselves for their loved children
