He left us for some other woman and we both bought a house 7 years ago but the house title is under his name and i don't appear on it and im affraid that he is going to kick us all out. I want to know what i could do to keep the house and if i have anyt rights because i know that the law only covers people who are married but in my case i am not married and both of my kids are over 18 please write me back with any comments or concerns.

I need help in dealing with my husband. Currently his ex wife is taking him to court to increas her child support. When they divorced they agreed to 15% of his income and he pays for medical care. He has paid that on time every time and never once been late. No suddenly that is not enough and she is taking him to court. He is so very angry and has serious issues with his ex wife to start with. This just has made things even worse. When we go to court Im afraid he will show his anger and make things worse. How do I help him get through this. Soon we will be going to court for shared custody due to all the issues my step daughter has and Im so afraid he will not be able to controll his anger at his ex wife during all of this. It hurts him so badly to see what she has done to his daughter. He just cant seem to keep it inside when he needs to. Its hard enough doing that around his daughter but when he comes face to face with the ex in court I just think all heck is going to break loose.

My husband and I have been married for 2 years together for 6 years. We are complete opposites. Night and day. My biggest issue with him is sex. Or the lack of it. I am 32 and he is 40. I want sex all the time and he doesn't. I'm lucking to get it once a month and that's only because I start it. I've talked to him about it and he tells me "he'll try harder", "we'll do it more", etc. Nothing changes. I'm so over it! The last time we attempted to have sex he could not even stay hard. Is he unhappy or could it be a medical problem?? He tells me he is happy and that it isn't me that it's him.
This has been going on since before we got married. I went ahead and married him because I thought things would get better. I truly love him but I just can't handle it anymore. I don't know what to do!

Would you cheat while your out of town? Maybe you feel safer from being caught? Or are you faithful, period. Even if away from your spouse for long periods of time.

I'll tell you why some men don't care enough to remind them selves. They remember their own birthday just fine. Just a verbal Happy Birthday is all I want. I get that if I say something. He remembered just fine when we were dating. Does marriage change things that much. I feel he just does'nt care and that really hurts.

I don't like to change people but he watches a lot of porn and erases the history but sometimes forgets and I see what he has looked at. I tried to tell him we can get movies and watch together and he won't. I don't think he masterbates to it and I told him it wouldn't bother me so much if he didn't try to hide it. He won't talk at all to me about it and when we do our deed, he closes his eyes and seems to go into another world making me think he is picturing what he saw? Any advise please?!?!

I was the one left. She was short and conciese."I want a divorce" I had so many questions, the whys and what if's.She just shut down and moved on emotinally. All i wanted was to have a sit down eye to eye heart to heart conversation. She wouldn't even give me that. Now i have moved out of state and she changed the phone numbers and won't respond to emails. She was a bit of a control freak, she knows it gives her power by not responding to me,and leaving me wondering.I hate her for the way she give me the silent treatment,i feel she owes me much more than that.I was a good husband, never cheated, never even considered it.I was a good provider and friend.I have friends that give me more respect.I just wanted closure, but she left me hanging.

Ok, We are still legally married, and we have been separated for 4 months, I had found someone else, and so did my hubby. However now I feel I want my hubby back, he is now living with some other chick. Is it morally wrong to try and break up their relationship by way of magick, if he is still legally MY husband?

My husband and I have been having problems for quite some time now. He has a 15 year old boy from his first marriage and I have been the mother in his life since he was 7 years old. My husband seems to think that because his son has reached the teen years that it is not acceptable to spank him so he allows basically for him to do and say what he wants when he wants. I see that he is just taking the easy way out. Every time he does something wrong and I say something about it it gets turned around on me like it is my fault. lately my husband has gotten to calling me names in front of his son and then telling his son to not listen to me as well. I am at my wits end last night we had an arguement over him telling his son not to listen to me and my husband grabbed me by my neck and called me a stupid *****. I am having a very hard time dealing with this, I have already told him to leave but he won't.Please I just need to know what would be the easiest & legal way to get him out of my house

My marriage is on the rocks and in a he said/she said whirlwind. He claims that all of his "problems" is that i am not a good enough housekeeper and that I act like I don't like him. On my side of it I say he acts like a teenager; wants to control the $$, believes compromise is me controlling him, believes that him working is his part (doesn't understand that marriage takes work too). He works for himself & I am a stay at home Mom and I do all of his clerical/advertising. He is 33 and I am 36 & the kids are mine from a previous. Anything I say, he says I am nagging. I told him when we met that I was not a great housekeeper, but the most devoted, honest, and truest woman he would ever meet.
Guys, especially, can you help me understand him and his thinking so that I can work with it?

I am seeing a married man, he is 15 years older than me. Well, recently his wife and I have become friends. She does not know about us. She asked me to lunch the other day and I accepted (he told me to). Well any ways, I picked her up in the car that he bought me and she complimented on how much she loved the jewlery that I had on, which also he bought me.

ok, here is the question...Do you think it's bad that I picked her up in the car he gave me?

My ex-husband had a habit of leaving when he was mad or did not get his way. He would stay gone (usually it was on a weekend) for 2-3 days. The last time he left (because my daughter accidentally let his cat get out) I told him to think about it before he leaves because this time he was not coming back. He packed his clothes, ripped up our wedding pictures and said he wanted a divorce. Fine! He then drug the divorce on for over a year, thinking he was coming back. After 6 months of being separated, I started dating and now he tells everyone that I cheated on him and that it was going on before he left. Should I have waited? What would you have done?

He has cheated on me twice before. He's always coming home drunk. He constantly shouts at me and our 3 kids. He ignores me. He is constantly getting fired from his job. Should I divorce him? The kids think I should. What do you think?

A friend has been declaring his undying love for me.
Thing is he is married and so am I. My marriage for the most part is very good. We have our niggles as does any marriage but i would never leave him for another guy.
His marriage is a shambles. He is never there for his wife, just leaves her at home to mother his children whilst he goes off chasing his childhood dreams of being a local celebrity. As a result she treats him with the lack of respect and love he deserves.
I have tried to be a friend to him and tell him where he is going wrong and get his marriage back on track.
Trouble is it has backfired and after a year of friendship he pretty much wants to give up on her and be with me.
Makes me feel very uncomfortable as I do not want a relationship with him other than friendship... as I love my hubby very much.
I have endured pretty much 6 months of him thinking that he has upset me if i dont get around to replying to one of the 135 text messages he sends me every day....

How can I stop getting mad at my husband?
My husband has done so many things that have made me mad over the last ten years that almost anything can trigger a memory that makes me get mad all over again. Of course he always had a reason that justified it to him, so he thinks I am crazy.
There are so many things - just saw an ad for a lawn game I used to play which reminded me how he got rid of my nice croquet set, lawn tennis, bocci ball, wicker furniture, hammock, laundry line, cut down trees, mowed flower beds, and that's just the yard.
When I was in the hospital fighting leukemia, he refused to bring the baby because it was too hard. I could have died without seeing my 8 month old! He gave away all the baby stuff- furniture and clothes I was saving for a second child without telling me.
He threw out my bookcases, well you get the idea.
I don't throw things of his out.
I want to get away but my daughter is against it, so I would be broke, sick and by myself. Yes, I am in therapy.

I am currently going through a divorce with a very nasty custody battle. My estranged husband is spewing lies about me. For the most part he has been able to call and talk to our daughter when I have her (Which is 8 days out of 14) but there has been maybe 5 times in 2 months that he wasn't able to get through on the phone whether it be that we weren't here or we were using the phone line.

Thursday when I went to pick our daughter up for "my time" my ex began yelling at me about wanting to know where I work, the phone number to them and so on. He also began yelling at me for not being able to get through Monday night when he tried to call. I told him I had other things to do than just sit by a phone in case he wants to call. He blew up even more and when I yelled for our daughter to come on, he went and grabbed her saying "Remember what we talked about and how you promised to call. Daddy will try to call you but mommy probably won't give you the phone"

What would you do?

My boyfriend broke up with me because of the long distance, and I can't blame him if he stopped loving me or changed his mind, but the way he broke up with me was awwwful and horrible, he yelled and blamed me of cheating (never happened!!) etc.. and was mean to me... He lied, saying he didn't brak up for the purpose of playing around with other chicks in his area, and lately I found out he's dating this chick and he even said he loved her..

I don't wanna get revenge the immature way.. I prefer to let him go, mend my heart and love again... BUT I WANT HIM TO REGRET IT SOONER OR LATER. I loved him and was very faithful to him... In about 6 months I'll go back to the town where I used to live (where he's living..) how do I get him to regret?

a guy friend tells me if u igore him and he sees how beautiful you are, how much you don't care about him anymore and how happy with your life and with somebody else, he'll regret it even if he doesn't love you... IS THAT TRUE?
