Ok, here goes..... My husband has two daughters from a previous marriage. They are 7 and 4. His Ex is a catholic and his 7 year old has been babtized catholic when she was a baby. My husband is not a religous person but his EX-WIfe is.
He is fine with his ex taking his daughters to catholic church. The problem is that his ex now has a mormon boyfriend who is living with her. She is now going to Mormon church and taking the kids. My husband has talked with her stating that he does not approve of his kids being taught the mormon religion. She basically told him too bad and she is going to take them anyway. So he has no say in his daughters religous upbringing? We are very upset by all this and don't know what to do? We get the kids every other weekend and the ex also made a comment that it is a shame that they don't get to read scriptures at our house.
any advice would be appreciated.

My husband ( 5 year marriage ) and I were at a family dance Sunday. He left early to go fishing so I stayed. I dance with his brother and somthing was starting to happen. He said he wanted to talk to me alone and had feeling for me. (He is in a 14 year marriage with kids). So I told him he just had one too many beers and I would forget about everything. He asked if he could take me home and I told him no. The next day we went to another party. They were there and he said he did not regret what he told me. I told him it was wrong and for him just to think about his brother, wife, and kids. He said he has and me telling him just makes me a better perspn and makes him want me more. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH. I refuse to tell my husband. My husband loves him and has the most respect for him out of all of his family. But now, the thing is what happened. Why am I so worried about his brother, and been thinking about him. The attention was nice and to know someone else cares...........

I have been married for 2.5 years. In the past year my husband has become very rude. He makes important decisions without me, including giving away my cats.
He will NOT compromise about anything, when I ask him to compromise he says "I am always right so why should I compromise?" I am very frustrated. He often makes me feel stupid, always correcting little things that I do wrong. I don't mind him correcting me but the way he does it is mean. I ask him if he wants to go out (example: the movies, beach, bowling) He always says no. He hasn't even had intercourse with me in over a month, just says he doesn't feel like it. I am starting to feel like I am the only one trying here.
I understand that marriage is a give and take relationship... but I am the only one giving.

I am 24 year old with a job also. She's 16 year old. We are very much in love with each other. I am planning to get married with her. We've been together for 4 great years. I knew she was the one for me. do I tell her parents about me marrying her? They are okay with me dating her. I know she wants to get married with me because she told me. After I marry her, then I have sex with her, will that get me into trouble still?

After 28 years, his ex wife was cheating on him for the last 2, she up & left the house, took some furniture and asked for a divorce. During the year of proceedings, she got the new auto, her credit card bills paid each month and he would give her $ when she would complain. Same with his children who are 28 & 22. He worked his butt off for all these years to provide & they are very spoiled, but now it's all gone & he's walked away with 3 items & no savings. He brought the 3 items to my house (we practically live together) because his apt is too small & he cannot afford a stg. unit.. They had holy caniption fits about it & now he's giving back one of the items. I'm trying my best to stay out of "their" arrangement, but I see very clearly how they manipulate & control him & it drives me NUTS! I ave told him that since we are planning a future, he can no longer keep me "out of the loop" - he's agree'd, but even at a BBQ -at the dghtrs - the X was supposed to show up & did not -

My husband really treats me as if he is better than me and then ignores me to to what he wants! When I want to do something for myself he tells me that I am selfish and inconsiderate to want some time to have any kind of fun!! When he treats me this way I feel it is easier to talk to others about it and not him. I espically ask other men why he is treating me this way. Why is it easier to talk to others, including men, than my controling husband? What should I do?

I am 20 years old when I first met her. I met my girlfriend when she was 12 year old at college. (She's a college student, her parents put her to kinder at age 4 and skipped 3rd grade. and got her GED at age 12) When she became 13, I asked her out and she became my girlfriend. now, she is 16 year old and out of school and got a job. I am 24 year old with a job also. We are very much in love with each other. I am planning to get married with her. We've been together for 4 great years. I knew she was the one for me. I hear if I do have sex with her, I will be in trouble with the law (statutory rape), I really want to have sex with her. I don't want to wait anymore, it is going to be at least 2 more years then I can legally have sex with her. I would never leave her if she gets pregnant. I'm too much in love with her. What do I do with my sex drive and how to I ask her to marry me? do I tell her parents about me marrying her? They are okay with me dating her.

My husband moved our family back to his country, I had to go because I do not have any family (father or mother) now I see my husband acting very strange such as not communicating with me, paying me no mind, not calling me, doesn't take me anywhere( I guess don't want to be seen with me), doesn't return phone calls, complaining when he comes from work, I'm always at fault when things happen, very jealous ways...etc. Our these signs of abuse or a divorce is coming? Help me please! I have no where to go...or scared to leave the relationship afraid of being alone...I need advice....

She is in a messy situation with her marriage. Anyway, I would have this child in my care for 3 months straight. Would this be considered a Foster Care situation? Am I allowed to take on this responsibility without the court system involved? She just wants me to take her daughter until she gets herself on her feet.

I don't know if I'm allowed to.

I ask how to know if a girl was flirting or just being nice.Well there is this woman,i'm 38 she's 43 and she works in the medical field, but she seems to be a little nicer to me than others, she gave me her cell number and said to call anytime i needed her,day or night. She seems to concern herself with my problems in everyday life, she is a physical therapist, and her face lights up when she sees me.She has offered me her services for free, but i was working short time. But i don't know if she is into me or am i reading the signals wrong. She will put me before other patients.I just get this vibe when i'm around her that she wants to know me more than just a patient,by the questions she ask.Am i reading the signals wrong? When i go see her it's like i get special treament. Is she just being nice?I wish i knew and don't want to ask and be wrong about it.Ive had other patients tell me she never talks to them, but when she,s with me she talks and ask questions about me the whole time.

My ex and I have shared custody of our three daughters after a bad divorce. This form of custody can be difficult as both parents have 50/50 custody and share in decision making. There's been many problems since he was granted this much parenting time. To those of you whom have insite how difficult is it to lessen his custody. Here's the situation. We are supposed to be sharing in decisions for our three girls. He won't. He won't respond to my calls 70% of the time...same with emails. When he does he's hateful. He refuses discipline our young teen who is only 13. He recently allowed her to be out with a group of friends after curfew until 12:30 am. Her grades have plummeted! He refuses to work with me on this..and says she needs to "live and learn!" he states why does it matter that she received all the discipline at one house and none at the other as long as it all balances out!! She's headed for trouble thanks to his poor parenting. Can his parenting time be shortened?
