I am 24 year old with a job also. She's 16 year old. We are very much in love with each other. I am planning to get married with her. We've been together for 4 great years. I knew she was the one for me. do I tell her parents about me marrying her? They are okay with me dating her. I know she wants to get married with me because she told me. After I marry her, then I have sex with her, will that get me into trouble still?

Her parents should be happy that you want to marry her. You won't get into trouble having sex with someone you are legally married to. When you propose, do it from the heart. Ask her parents permission(in some states, signatures will be required), and take her someplace that is special to both of you. When the time comes, just say what you feel, the words will come out perfect.

You cant get in trouble if you are married. Ask her parent first and then surprise her with a proposal. Do something special.
