I was 18. It all depends on how mature the people are really. When I married, I had 3 years of college left and some feared I would just quit, have babies etc. I didn't. I finished college on time, then went on get a good job and then have my kids. For some, 18 is just to young, then again, I have seen 30 year olds that are to immature for marriage as well.

I got married the first time when I was 18 and this time I was 33. I am not sure you can say how young is too young. i think you need to make sure you have lived through enough life changes and are stable enough yourself to really know who you are and what you want for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!!! No matter how old you are if you are being true to your self and accept that your partner is going to also change with time, we all do, but that you love them enough to work hard and bend with the changes, you can make it work. Don't go into it thinking you have that perfect someone because no one is perfect. There is no perfect age.

I will be 24, he will be 25 when we get married next year :o)

I don't think it is an age per say, its more of a maturity level and when you meet the right person. We are past the 'clubbing, drinking, partying' phase, we are planning for our futures, financially idependent, communicating about anything and everything, talking about parenting and houses, and family.

You both need to be on the same page and at the same point in your life, as well as want the same things out of life. Some may be ready for this committment younger, some may want to wait until they are a bit older.

This is the perfect man for me, and the perfect age and time in my life. It differs for everyone I would imagine.

too young for marriage would be like right after high school or thinging that you found your true love but always having second thoughts. I was 24 yrs old when I got married.

Married at 23, now 17 yrs and 4 kids later. It depends on the maturity levels of both people and why they want to get married. I personally don't think anyone is ready until they are at least 23.

I just got married last year, I was 27. If you know what you want and picture yourself with this man in any case scenario and you are 100% sure there is almost no doubt in this imaginary future and it makes you happy you are ready.

late teens early 20s I do not think is a good age to get married under any circumstance. a woman reaches full maturity in her mid twenties after you have dated and experience a lot you should be able to know what you want.

don't rush!

I was 33 and my wife was one week shy of her 25th birthday. We will have been married for 23 years in 4 days. I think that a man should be at least 25 before considering marriage, and 21 for a woman.
