i read somewhere that men (and women) look up to, admire, find it contagious and want to be around people who are happy and confident. I am not self confident and i know my husband finds it unattractive b/c i am kinda jealous. He gets nervous when a pretty woman passes by b/c he thinks I'm going to say "I saw you looking at her" or something like that. I already know I'm wrong for giving in to my insecurities and I often imagine myself stopping cold turkey and him being amazed at my change and finding a new found attraction to me in my new state of confidence. But how do i go about being that way? I wish i could be the type of woman to which my husband can say "she enjoys her life and no matter that we're broke with 2 young kids who drive us crazy, i lost my job but darnit, she's a happy camper!"

My friend, despite EVERYONE'S advice NOT to sleep with him, slept with a married man on a business trip two months ago. I am married and feel terrible for the wife. Do I hold any responsibility for telling his wife?

I think it may be important for the wife to be tested, my friend has unfortunately been around the block more than a few times so to speak.

I was not involved in the infidelity and yet I feel massively guilty that I have not yet done anything about it. I feel horribly for the wife in this situation. Would I be justified in telling the wife? Is it my responsibility or should I just let it go?

Thanks in advance!

My fiance will never know and my friends won't say anything right? My fiance is probably going to do it so I can to right? Look I love my future hubby but I figure with all the stories and us NOT avioding such celebration as in naked humans of the oppisite sex.. jiggling and rubbing against my MAN then use it to my advantage..Is this wrong to think? I mean he won't know and it's my last time..heehee...

I'm curious because I have heard different opinions from different men about what they think about when they watch porn. If you are watching porn while having sex with your wife/girlfriend, what are you thinking about?
Please be honest. I am seriously curious.

And why would your wife marrying another woman defeat the purpose of it?

I think this would be ideal! Just think, you and the wife get to go dating for a third partner in the marriage.

I would tell the wife to make sure she dates at least 100 chicks and to have some one night stands too.

The possibilties are endless.

I asked earlier on the topic of gay marriage and one of the responses made me think....why don't they just ban marriage?

All the people I know:

My parents, in laws, siblings, friends, co-workers......all have issues with marriage involving:

Cheating
Dissagreements on petty things
Religion
Child rearing
URGE to BREED
Etc.

Now think of the troubles that would be eliminated if there was no such thing as marriage. I think the world would be a better place.

hmm after realizing that I am ready to move on, I made a list of things I want form the next guy - but do u think I am going overboard:
I said, I want someone who is a good kisser, someone I can connect with, who can buy me flowers and take me out, surprise me and do the little things that make me feel special, and someone who when faced with 2 options on who to believe - will believe me over the next person... he should like to have fun, yet give me my own space...

Is this list too much, are my requirements too high??

Or this is what a recent billboard states put up in the Chicagos Gold Coast by a law firm that specializes in divorce cases -- what do you guys think of this? Here is the article in case no one has seen it...

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,270058,00.html

or this site has a picture of it..

I personally have mixed feelings as I feel while a great piece of advertising it may be making a mockery of how serious divorce really is -- I come from a divorced home but I believe very much in the sanctity of marriage and what it means to break it.

It was my choice to save myself for the man I marry and I don't regret that, I know I'm doing the right thing. But I am quite scared about the pain and I would want to avoid it as much as I could. Is there any possiblity? Is it going to hurt much?

I ended a 20 year relationship to be with someone who professed such love for me. As soon as I ended this relationship they lost interest in about a month. We had been seeing each other, cause I thought my current long term relationship was over. She also was living with someone else. I just don't understand when we were sneaking around must of been more exciting for her, than to really settle down. I haven't spoken to her since, and was very fortuanate to get back into my past relationship. I will never stray again. I just wonder whats up with that kinda thinking, and yes I know it takes two to tangle. I just wonder if this person is mental, or potentially dangerous, like anti-social. And possibly enjoys breaking up marriages, cost people much unneeded expense, and heartache. I really learned my lesson, kinda like fatal attraction.

Can showing someone you love them and only them by showing all love and affection including all attention in full affect then totally leaving them alone as in cutting all love affection attention for the reason to reason there reasons and sift out what they want and need be a good way of persuasion or just a way of proving chemistry between two IF THEY MEET AGAIN..?

Well, I could make it work in this section, too, i suppose. My husband had an affair and his whore invited him to her online photo gallery that I was able to get into, and lets just say I have posted some interesting comments and I hope and pray she gets them. Anyway, married and divorced people take pictures, too, dont they? So, onto my ?.....

If your 'friend' invites you to share pics with them and you post a comment, does your 'friend' have to log into the Kodak Gallery account to read the comment, or does the Kodak website send her an email letting you know what the comment is or does Kodak send your 'friend' an alert email, like letting you know a 'friend' has posted a new comment to your pics? How does that work? Will the email she gets just say something like: "You have a new comment posted, log into the gallery to read it...or will Kodak actually send her an email telling her what the comment is?

The older(10yrs) of the two was born to me (meaning that i'm not the sperm doner but i'm the only father she's ever known). The youngest(4yrs) is our child togerther. I've not pushed the issue but with the child that's younger and not in regular school she's refusing to let her visit. I love both my kids and don't won't them involved in a ugly custody battle. What should I do?

here's a situation i never thought i would find myself in. my wife recently told me she would like to leave me. we have been together for 7 years and married for 4. she enjoys going to strip clubs with her girlfriends (seriously for her birthday recently she had her party there.)

i am very committed to her, i have provided her with a vehicle, a house, basically anything she needs (within reason - i won't buy diamonds just on a whim). i am there for her emotionally and to help her in any way she needs.

now having said that - i am not the only guy i know in the 35-40 age frame experiencing similar circumstances. i know of 7 other guys (at least) experiencing similar life changes.

i wonder if growing in the 80s we actually listened to our mothers, sisters etc and realized that women need attention and care. maybe this is a crazy conclusion, but when i hear women saying where are the men seeking commitment - i am wondering if this is what they want...

We have been together almost 4 years and living together almost 1. Things have been a little rocky at times since living with each other, but I think it is us just getting used to living with each other. He feels we fight too much (like once a month). We were about to break up when he decided instead of breaking up, I move out for 3-6 months and we work on our selves and our relationship. In 3-6 months we reassess and decide whether we are going to break up for good, or get married. I don't think things are half as bad as he does and really would like to get married and start a family together. He just thinks things should be effortless and we should never argue. I tell him-such relationships do not exist. thingsw really have gotten better since we decided I will move out 3 weeks ago. Things have done a 180. I have actually started to look forward to being on my own again, and am getting excited. I am scared I may like it too much, like I did before I moved in can this work

Me and my best friend have been close for 3 years. He's the one i can talk to about everything and i'm the only girl that can "open him up" (pretty lucky to have that considering the fact he's the "shy boy" private-person type). He's liked me all this time and just recently i started to develop feelings for him. We care for each other deeply but decided that if the right time came, it would just happen - no rush. Recently, we just lost someone we knew - he was very close to him. I know i'm not being a pushover and i don't wanna annoy him so i would (now and then) call and txt to see how he's doing.

It's been a week since we last "talked" - it was only for 2 minutes and he said he was gonna call but never did. He's the shy guy type and i know he's waiting for me to call him but it's hard for me to because i'm not the agressive type - i don't wanna bug BUT i do want to be a good friend. how can i be there for him if i'm having issues myself? Why doesn't he call me? Should i cal him?
