I would talk to him. Discuss why he was talking to other women. Tell him how it makes you feel. It is dishonest. Talking to other women may start off innocent, but overtime it could lead to sharing deep feelings/secrets, attachment grows and then possibly something physical.

Well I guess it depends on what they are talking about and where hes meeting them. I talk to people on here all the time and I am married. But I talk while I am playing a game and I usally talk about my husband and kids all the time.

Could be very innocent, luckily distance has keep anything from happening. How did you find out anyway, did he tell you, then maybe he wants to be caught.
