Someone once told me live in a 1 bedroom apartment/house for a year to get to know yourself better. I think this is for sure one of them...

here it goes I have been with a man off and on for about 15/6 years or so well our relationship had been rocky and it got rougher over the years. I can accept resposibilty with some of our problems but not all I knew he was a drinker which I'm not and nor do I do drugs then I find out he's a gambler I also knew he fooled around on me yet we have been through many things together. These last 6.7 years has been very bad I became very ill and @ times my pain was so intense i could hardly walk and this ended up to be a big problem. He became my caregiver and then one day I realized all we done was argue he did the best he could yet .... for many many years i was the bread winner.I had enough one night when he just had to go meet his son whom in all the yrs never came to see us .. ok here goes i few nights ago I called a wrong number and this man started laffing and stuff little did i know he had been searching for me almost 20 years what should I do I still care about my longtime mate help

My cousin & me are married to two cousin sisters. We are of same age & are good friends. We live in different towns & meet occasionally on family functions & events. Whenever we meet we enjoy together with sharing adult jokes, cuddling, permissible touches etc. I find tremendous difference in my wife after such events. My cousin also has the same opinion. In last 10 years we have came very close to each other that once we saw xxx movie together sitting on same bed. Now we are going on vacations together for the first time leaving kids to grandparents & all are excited I am not sure what will happen..? Should we go for it..or??

I have been married for a really short time. We have had lots of problems in our relationship but none to big they couldnt be fixed. Everything was going ok that morning, he got mad just because I couldnt answer a question right off, I was in pain from a dental procedure so he called me a slut, and kicked me out and said I wasnt welcome back. I have NOT cheated on him and no desire to. I married him understanding a problem of him not being able to have sex and him being 18 yrs older. I didnt care, I love him a lot and I didnt care about any problems in that area he had. I didnt base my relationship on that. I miss him and love him, but I dont understand what is going on, he has changed a lot since our marriage and has been acting funny lately. He said he loved me more then I would ever know and he said the night before he needed and wanted me. What happened to make him be so quick to kick me out just because I couldnt answer him? I am so lost and hurt, what should I do?

A few yrs. ago there was this single woman that would talk to me a little but when my huband was around she would laugh and joke with him like I wasn't there.when Ispoke to him about it his reaction was defensive and that he didn't see it. Our daughters are the same age so we run into each other at times. I would not go to events because of this if he went. Not a good thing. The sport they are in is away from home alot and because of work he doesn't go.Her and I have started to become somewhat freinds.I have told him how happy I that things are better and that we actually talk. The team had a car wash my husband and I and her helped with it. Towards the end of it was whe the problem came about. They were as a team she washed he sprayed. There was soap on her face he jokingly is going to spray her to get it off.See her see him. I complain that we don't do anything together that we don't have fun. If he teams up shouldn't it be with the wife? He doesn't understand why it upsets me.

Is it wrong to want this security? She states she doesnt want the house but Why will she not sign it? To prove. She tells me to trust her. but I dont trust anyone with half intrest in a $175'000.00 house. What to do? She says then lets get a div before I build it. Im like ok "kick rocks", am I wrong? Or do I need to just throw the dice and possibly lose my house?

Ok so boyfriend and I have been together for a year and a half and have lived together for just over a year. We always talk about the future and what it holds together and both say we want to always be together. We both have been divorced (we are in out 30s) but he is marriage shy. He says people change when they get married etc. He got kinda tipsy the other night and was talking about getting married alot but then he got shy and change the subject really quick. He stated that he does want to get married but in the light of the day (and 100% sober) he gets freaked out. any suggestions?

Why is it that women always want a man who is employed? Let's just say that I choose not to be employed . I am financially sound ,and need not really work again for money. Let's again say that I am comfortable with managing the home ,and that will keep me happy . I will continue to be the 'breadwinner' ,and the girl's contribution is not needed.
What do you girls think ?

I recently joined the United States Navy and I am leving for boot camp in about a month, my fiancee has been in the navy for a year and a half already and now he is about to complete his first 8-month deployment, he will be coming back home for about 10 days before i leave to boot camp, We really love each other and i really find him to be the right person for me, i know that he might have changed a lot after his deployment, but i am pretty sure that those changes wont matter for me, loving him the way i do..and well we are uncertain about getting married before i leave to boot camp or after, i would like to get station wher he is at, but i dont know what probabilities we have of doing that... although, i've seen a lot of comments that when military couples get married there is a big chance for a divorce.. i really love him and i know he loves me too.. and i really dont wanto to get divorced.. what should i do?

My husband knew about my past when he married me but said it would be okay and he would forget about it once we were married. I have two children [16 and 6] by two different fathers. One of my exes was marriedwhen I first met him. This is what troubles my husband. So he is horrible to me all the time and I work really hard for him looking after his buisness when hes overseas, but when he comes home he shows me no affection and love and when I ask why and get upset, because he used to, he says he cant because of my past and he hates me.
I want a divorce but he wont talk about it and says he wants to work at the marraige and not give up on it like me, but I cant live like this, its torture and I cry all the time because I love him and he is so awful to me . Except in front of people then hes charming and acts the perfect husband ! He doesnt want others to see the way he treats me. Its just hell lieing next to someone in bed whom you love but will not even hold your hand !

I have a friend who asked the question "how long" should u date a guy before you ask him what direction the relationship is headed. She has gotten answers from, just ask him what harm could it do, to it's to early you have only gone a few dates, to u are going to scare him off. My question is, if people are saying wait until you know him, u have people who have been married for 10 years who say "I never really knew him/her once it was over. I am a believer that sometimes you will only know the person they want you to know.

An abuser is normally not an abuser until you have time vested into a committed relationship. That's not something you see in the first couple of months. So I am going to ask, if a guy keeps dating you obviously he is interested or he would not waste his time so after 2 months of dating is it really so wrong or to fast to ask where is the relationship headed so two people won't be wasting their time or do you date for 6 months & in this day & age who does that.

My husband has left me about three times and now he is with another woman. I live in a no fault state, so I have heard that there is nothing I can do about getting a divorce on the grounds that he commited adultery. Is this true or is there something that I can really do? We also have four minor children involved and believe me, if I could afford a divorce it would have been done a long time ago. Please help me!!!

I live in Canada and my boyfriend is an immigrant from Cameroon. His papers are soon to expire, and he feels the only way to keep him in the country is for us to get married. He's 27 and I'm 21. He hates me because I won't marry. And I feel horrible that I'm about to lose him. I feel like I am in a lose-lose situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My fiance and I were arguing and he sprayed me with a water hose, and said I needed to "cool off". I mean, that is something you would do to a dog! I was so humiliated! His son told me that he (my fiance) had done stuff like this to his ex wife. (namely pouring a pitcher of Kool Aid on her head. Is that demeaning or what?

My husband and I have been married for 6 years. He lied about his addiction for the first 2 years. I have begged him to get help but he will not...claims it is a choice and he likes to gamble. He will spend his whole months wages in only 2-3 days then expects me to cover his payments. The last 3 months I refused to make his payments and told him the next time he gambled I would leave him. Two weeks later as soon as he got paid he spent his whole cheque again. I asked him to leave the house as I was not leaving the house I have paid for. Am I wrong for doing this??
