in washington state how would you adopt your husband/wife's child?

I PLAN ON GETTING MARRIED AND MY FIANCE WANTS TO LEGALLY ADOPT MY SON , HIS BIOLOGICAL FATHER IS IN ANOTHER STATE. HOW DO WE GET IT SO MY FIANCE CAN ADOPT MY SON?

Check the yellow pages under attorneys and look for one who specializes in adoptions. If the childs father has given up parental rights or would be willing to do so, it will be easier. If he is not willing to do so, then your just out of luck.
