Can showing someone you love them and only them by showing all love and affection including all attention in full affect then totally leaving them alone as in cutting all love affection attention for the reason to reason there reasons and sift out what they want and need be a good way of persuasion or just a way of proving chemistry between two IF THEY MEET AGAIN..?

Only if the first person was approached by the second without realizing that the first had done what they did by not doing anything which was an actions of lack of action caused by the first onto the second.

No... It is very rare that relationships come back together after a breakup and are successful longterm.... Probably 99% of the time they are over... That includes even when there is chemistry...

errrr....wh-a-a-a-a-t? If I understand you're ..umm...question, no, lavishing affection only to suddenly cut off all contact, is not the way to prove your love for another. It is a game, one which only results in hurt.
