My girlfriend is leaving her husband. They have 3 children. She is letting him stay in the house, and leaving the children there as their primary residence so they dont have to change schools. They agreed on paperwork that they will have 50/50 shared custody and she will see them as much as she does now. Does she have to pay child support to him? Is there a law that one of the spouses has to pay child support?

I don' t know where my wife is. I am planning to file for annulment based on fraud. Does anyone know these two things?
1) Can an attorney who files my papers be in Florida but at the same time do everything according to the laws of the state where papers are filed?
2) Do police serve the papers to my spouse or these are just sent by regular mail to the her last known address?

I get different answers all the time, so it gets me even more confused.

Thanks.

My bf and i have been together for almost 5 years and have a 1yr old daughter. he's always treated me good, and will continue to be a good father even if we break up, but i'm just not happy with him anymore because we have DRASTICALLY different life goals. He's a hometown guy and i want to travel/ live internationally. Tact is not my strong suit, and i don't want to just come out and say that he bores me half to tears. What are some alternatives?

My boyfriend and I been together almost 2 years and its a good relationship. We are sexually active, but lately I been seriously thinking about being celibate and waiting until marriage. I brought the topic up and he says if i really want to do it then we have to stop doing a lot of things; like touching and maybe passionately kissing. I dont want to stop that because i'm a touchy feeling person and I love to kiss, but he said its provoking us and it would have work out a lot better if we wasn't sexually active.

Honestly do you think its too late to turn back and become celibate if when been active for almost a year.?I love sex just like the next person but this is something i really want to do.

Been together off an on for about 9 years now. In the day, I work a white collar job at an investment firm, making really good money. At night, even before I met her, I guest bartend and sometimes maitre'd at 5 'gentlemen's clubs' around the city. I like bartending, in particular at these types of places if you know what I mean, its not for money. Anyway, after a long day of work at both jobs, i sometimes need to unwind a bit before coming home, so sometimes it gets pretty late. She suspects, rightfully so, that sometimes I 'play' at work, but she cannot prove it, so in my mind, it 'never happened' in her mind, at least that's how she should see it. I don't question her about what she does while I'm out, so I don't think she should question me. How can I make her feel more secure and back off a bit?

I am 22 years old, my husband is 24. We have been married a year. We dated for a year before marriage. During the year of us dating, I caught him in numerous lies. Most were stupid lies, but still lies. About 3 weeks after our marriage he left me for 9 weeks for Naval boot camp. He is currently active in the US Navy. Since we have been back together(around 6 months), he has not lied to me that I have found out about. I recently caught him adding a single female from one of his training classes to his myspace account. He first told me she added him, but than recanted that. Over the past 3 days, I have done my own research on the situation. I have found that he hangs out with her out of class. To me it is wrong for any married person to hang out with a person of the opposite sex who is not married. I understand talking to her in class, but taking it outside of class is wrong to me. The problem now is that I do not trust him in the LEAST bit. Can our marriage still work and how?

Ok, if any of you have read my previous questions, you know my marriage has some issues. My husband and I want to try to fix things and go to counseling. I'll admit...I am a little prideful about the whole "needing help" idea. How can I not feel so ashamed to need help with our marriage? Both of us need issues resolved, but can't do it on our own, we've tried working thru things by ourselves, but it just never works. So, how is counseling going to be any different at all? Anyone with any experience in marriage counseling?

It seems as though since my husband abandoned me, our marriage, and had his early mid life crises that I began to build an incredibly high wall. Based on my beliefs that as a Christian, I cannot re marry unless he dies, I have been really going against my beliefs and allowing a relationship with a really great guy to begin. My heart is still very walled up though. Should I assume that I am not supposed to continue being open to loving again because of this wall and my beliefs, or should I just assume that the wall is there because I was hurt and it will take more then the 3 years its been to break it down and allow a wonderful man into it? What do you think? how do I break it down if I should?

Okay so this guy and I have been flirting for the past 3 months and each time it gets more and more serious it went from looking at each other touching each other. The thing is that the other night I was fondling him and he asked what time my husband got off work and I told him. I told him to let me know when he wanted to hook up and since then this whole week I have called him like 3 times and he either hasn't answered and he hasn't made the effort to call I know it's horrible because we are both married but I really like this guy. The problem is we have to see each other tomorrow night at a party and I don't know how to act. He always finds a reason to get near me when we are at a social function but why the cold shoulder during the week even after he asked me when we could get together. I feel inadequate like maybe he doesn't like me enough to do some research about me. I need some answers regarding his behavior. Please help!!!

My point is that the affair ended badly with an exchange of extremely harsh words and anger. I'm thankful it did end, it just hurts like hell. Perhaps I wanted to have a civil ending? Others have said it had to end badly or it would have never ended at all. Just wanting to hear feedback from those that have been through this....

Me and my wife got married on March 3rd 2007 and were very happy together, now that there are bills involved and we are both working she is very stressed and it is affecting our relationship as friends, she seems very irritable with me sometimes and she blames it on stress. Our love life has also been affected by this stress, at first I thought she had cheated (i let my imagination go sometimes) but she very confidently assured me this was not the case and I trust her. She said it was due to her new job and the bills, she said she worries day to day about the bills we have to pay and is behind at work. I love her very much and i help around the house alot, we mutually clean and do laundry, i do the dishes cause she thinks it is nasty, I take care of the pets, I mow the Lawn, I take out the trash, I also vacuum and sweep all the time, this does not bother me though all i want is for her to smile and be affectionate towards me. I want my beautiful caring wife back, this is making me sad.

He is very controlling, doesn't want to do anything, disrespects her, and has her brain washed to believe that it is alright that he be like that. She is a very bright girl, and is a really good person within, but right now she is making a very dumb decision. With him, her future is going no where. She does not want to listen to anyone's advice. You know how stubborn teenagers can be.
