Even though you have kids it does not say how long you have been married you could be going through the newlywed session and well it is quite normal wait about 6-8yrs things will change. Personally I think 1-2 times a week for say 2-3 hrs is better then a bunch of quickies. Forplay is fun and enjoyable for both parties I think it more satisfying the more time between each session especially if you go at it for a long time married almost 8yrs.

Oh man I'm with you we do it all the time! we have sex a good 1 or 2 a day and even on the weekend it was like 3-4 times newly weds what can I say. Its great! I don't think we will ever get tiered of it like some of the others here.

My husband and I - 3-4 times per weekend, 3-4 times Monday thru Friday. I am 40, he is 52. We have been married 10 years - 4 kids - 2 still at home, 3 grandkids, both of us work 40-50 hours per week.
It is a priority for us - we both initiate, neither of us like quickies, we meet at home for lunch occassionally but don't get around to the sandwich. If we go 2-3 days without making love we start to feel distant from each other. I'm not that different than any other woman - and my husband knows that he gets more if he is tender & loving towards me. We love each other and enjoy showing each other that we do. This is a second marriage for both of us and we are doing it right this time around.

Atleast 3 times a week.Which is I am told almost unheard of for couples together has long has we have been.We have been together 17 years.But we still act like newlyweds in the bedroom.
