I have requested a review going on a year now and have not recieved any satisfactory response to my phone calls(much less a return call).Is there any where I can turn to for assistance on this?

Since they're dragging their feet, you must be the non-custodial parent. Believe me when I tell you that they could care less about you, especially if there's a potential decrease in your pay. Most of the time, the office is filled with women who want to take out their frustrations on every 'baby daddy' because they're bitter about every little thing that happened in the past. Get a lawyer, dude. I know they're expensive but it'll be worth it.

Get an attorney. Spend the money now and save yourself a bunch in the end. An attorney can file motions and push the issue.

1) Call your state child support enforcement office and complain; 2) if that doesn't help, call your Governor's office and complain; 3) contact your local congressman's office and complain, 4) contact your local senator's office and complain.
