She left me 5 months ago to be with a coworker because she started to feel "unhappy" 15 year marriage and two great boys. My oldest son had a basketball game and I went to it. She couldn't go because she had to work. He was there cheering on my son and I sat 8' from him and was very uncomfortable to say the least. When I talked to her the other night about the boys she asked me if I knew that was him sitting next to me. I said "Ofcourse I did he was the most ulgliest son of a ***** in the gym!" was that mean of me????

No, I am not getting married, nor am I thinking about it yet!

I was wondering what wedding vows are suppose to be about, cause I was a movie, but I didnt get the concept of it.....

Can someone help me understand what they are suppose to mean.....like are they suppose to be personal, or what?

Thank you!!!

My mother in law was so nice to me in the beginning, but over time she has become increasingly critical of me and talks behind my back, and I have seen more of her cranky, controlling side. I am always nice and polite to her. I just think she is nitpicky, and she seems to talk a lot about other women in the family too like her dauhgter and other daughter in law (her sons can do no wrong!). She does a lot of careless things with my babies too so I have to be careful when she visits, and she seems to really resent that I don't hand my babies over to her, and this has made the tension a lot worse.

It seems as though a lot of other married women have these gripes about their mother in laws. Why is this? I grew up with two sisters and no brothers and I don't have a son, so I don't get it. Do mother in laws have the same issues with daughter in laws as we have with them? There just seems to be so much tension on both sides and I don't know why this is an issue for so many people.

My husband tells me Friday afternoon that his brother is coming into town for Easter, then on Sunday he informs me that they are going to a soccer game that night. I had made plans weeks prior to color eggs with our neighbors and he was with me when we made the arrangements, Do I have a right to be upset. He never talks to me.

Sometimes at night I will go out with a few friends to a local bar down the block once my 5 year old son is asleep.

Usually I end up having a little too much to drink and inevitably end up running into something on my way back home (walking of course) and end up having bruises all over the next morning.

Is there a skin conditioner I can use to help heal up the bruises? It's bad enough to deal with the hangovers, but this bruising is just too much.

Also, I just have to say, my son tends to know how to push my buttons. He will always bring up the bruises at the most inappropriate time, like when my Mom is visiting. It's like that little jerk has a window to my soul.

I was driving on the interstate yesterday and ended up getting involved in a 7 car pile up. All because my ***** son was trying to get my attention. None of us had too much damage. We were going slower because of all of the ice on the road.

I swear to god that kid knows how to push my buttons. I would actually be doing something with my life if it wasn't for the kid thing.

Anyway, is a week grounded to our safe room with no school, no TV or radio enough punishment?

She told me it was tradition to be with the kids the night before Easter. This kids did not express interest in going last night. We are different religions but I gave them Easter morning presents when they woke up becuase it was the right thing to do. They were so happy and then went to their mom's in a good mood. One of the reasons I got divorced was that she was very controlling. I see the kids every other weekend so why would I not want them on a Saturday night that is not a holiday. These are typical incidences since our divorce one year ago. My ex tries to cause a problem by making a big deal about last night even though the kids were happy. How can I have her understand that she is not being helpful without causing her to escalate her controlling behavior?

i'm 18 and my parents are getting divorced b/c my dad's been cheating for few years apparently and w/ a bunch of different women. he's not sorry for cheating and justifies it by saying that he wasn't happy w/ my mom but stayed together for the kids. i'm livid with him and can't forgive him, and I told him i would've preferred that they get divorced before he began cheating. He said "that's a very young point of view" and he said that i have too strict of an idea of how people should behave. he also said that as i grow up i'll realize that his cheating wasn't as big of a deal as i think it is. Basically everything he says is a criticism of me and he's only making me feel worse. I just want to make sure that it's reasonable for me to be this upset. I don't understand why he keeps trying to hurt me and my mom and defend himself, rather than apologizing and showing some sympathy and remorse.

As a female that needs the tender moments, holding hands, touches on the neck for no reason and affection outside of the bedroom I am curious what actions really let a man know he is loved. I know we are completely different creatures and our needs are different.

We both enjoy making love but what are those special extras that mean the world to you?

The ones that make you feel special and loved?

I have been dating with a wonderful divorced man. He just told me that he is very confused and he is considering to break with me since he is very afraid to getting married and later on we might finish in divorce, he has explained to me that a divorce is the worst situation a person could face. I think that we love each other. I love him with all my heart, as I have never loved someone before. I am 100% he is the man in my life. Is it normal that he feels this way? Theres is something I could do to try to save my relationship with him? He is the love of my life. I have never been married nor have children. He has 3 children. I do not want to loss him. Please I need your advice.

She uses her cellphone, our computer, and whatever other means she can find to cheat on me every chance she gets, Myspace, email, singles sites, chat lines, everything. I fell out of love with her pretty recently, but I still have to be with her for my daughter's safety. I have caught her afterhand, but never in the act. I feel that catching her with the guy might shock her cheating system into giving it up for good. PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE.........

I left my ex 6 years ago and ever since he has made my life a misery. I am happily settled though not married with my two daughters aged 11 and 14. He is a control freak and because I stood up to him last year by letting my girls go to summer camp when it fell on his weekend of access, he has reported me to social services, stopped paying for their dentist, took me to court over Christmas (and lost) took me to court over their schooling (and lost) taking me to court over contact (ongoing and had to endure more investigations by cafcass) and now he is taking me to court to have my maintenance order cancelled because he reckons he is skint and cant afford to pay me any more!! It has cost me thousands of pounds and the stress is taking its toll. Can anyone offer any advice???

Whenever my husband goes to work, this woman from a previous shift keeps flirting with him and trying to get him to go out with her--even though he isn't interested. She's been at this for quite some time, and she knows fully well he's married. I used to work at the same place and on one occasion I told her to lay off.

We've been married almost 14 years and neither of us have ever cheated, and he says that even if she wasn't fat she's really ugly and would buy a Real Doll before he went out with the likes of her! Still...this is pretty annoying. What can my husband do to get her to stop?

And besides, when you get married, you commit to the soul and personality of your spouse not the body or looks, maybe to some extent, no matter what culture you represent. And why not try to seduce a mature adult woman? Maybe because he is a perv, who loves kids? And when a teen is in a relationship with a 32 yo, she would never confess to her parents about it.

My husband got hurt and was honorably discharged---We went from the kids and I having insurance to not having any insurance at all. If I am married to a Veteran does that mean that the spouse (me) would still get some type of insurance as well? What are the benefits do spouses have if married to a veteran? I keep hearing all these good things but cant find anyone to help answer these questions---not even the VA itself...What can I do--I just want some answers from someone who knows what they are talking about. I know I have benefits after my husband passes away but I am in no hurry to wish that to happen. I just wanna know what are the "PERKS" of the VA for Spouses of veterans? We live here in Alabama---

If she files a restraining order, then I have to move out of the house for 14 days till the hearing, which of course is going to be a major hassel, especially because I am self employed.
