Whenever my husband goes to work, this woman from a previous shift keeps flirting with him and trying to get him to go out with her--even though he isn't interested. She's been at this for quite some time, and she knows fully well he's married. I used to work at the same place and on one occasion I told her to lay off.

We've been married almost 14 years and neither of us have ever cheated, and he says that even if she wasn't fat she's really ugly and would buy a Real Doll before he went out with the likes of her! Still...this is pretty annoying. What can my husband do to get her to stop?

He should go to HR and report her. I wouldn't even give her a warning since she might go to HR and tell lies about him. It is creating a difficult work environment for him, and it is completely uncalled for.

Although they should a lot of workplaces dont take sexual harassment seriously enough when the complaint is coming from a man because they believe the man enjoys it or encourages it in some way....... which in a lot of cases isnt true. If he hasnt tried this approach, he should report it to her superior to cover himself. He should also be blunt and honest and tell her directly that her advances are not wanted or welcome (if he has a small recording device or a mobile phone that records...take it with him hidden and record the conversation...that way he has proof). If all else fails go have a women to women and make her relize that she needs to find her own man.

Notify his immediate supervisor before she starts making lies about him if he continues to turn her down. This way hes covered in just about any situation that may arise and hopefully the supervisor has the training to handle this kind of situation in a work place without blowing it out of proportion. But if he and you have both told her to back off then he has no choice except to report it and whatever happens is her fault. Good luck

i think of you're doing the suited element via telling him adequate is adequate. i think of two and a a million/2 years and not using a job, without motivation to do something, owing 20k to the ex, being sloppy and not taking solid care of his youngsters, are extra desirable than adequate motives to resign on your marriage. i don't think of there is any desire on your husband. He has gotten used to the mummy and dad being there for him, and so he would not sense as though he desires to do something to assist himself. He has no money for you or your newborn, and he has no money for his different 2 youngsters. Sorry to assert, yet he's the suited occasion of a deadbeat dad, in spite of if he strengthen into as quickly as a solid father and a solid worker. the terror of dropping you, or certainly dropping you, won't replace him....IF the mummy and dad in basic terms shop plugging away and giving into his each desire and desire. the only way he can probable replace, is that if the mummy and dad get bored stiff with him, and comprehend they at the instant are not assisting him in any respect...and that daily they do something for him, they make the region worse. with regards to the abuse....there are a thank you to handle what has happened to him in the previous, and he could have long previous or could be going to scientific care or counseling. i don't see how living with the mummy and dad is assisting with dealing with the abuse. they at the instant are not making up for something; they're slowly gazing their son worsen. you may desire to try this for your self and your son. it truly isn't any thank you to stay, questioning daily in the adventure that your husband will sometime be a solid dad and service. i think of that's ideal which you in basic terms do it and circulate away him, and not think of roughly it anymore. he's the only one that could help himself. ideal of success to you.

SEXUAL HORASSMENT
IS WHAT I WOULD CALL
THEN SHE'LL STOP
ONCE AND FOR ALL.

I WOULD CALL IN A PIZZA
UNDER HER NAME
WATCH WHEN IT ARRIVES
AND SHE SEEMS INSANE

IT WILL GIVE YOU A LAUGH
AND OTHERS TO
BUT DONT LET THEM KNOW
IT WAS REALLY YOU

CALL UP DEWEYS
AND ORDER SOME CAKES
GIVE HER NAME & NUMBER
TELL THEM TO BAKE

IF THEY DELIVER
HAVE IT SENT TO THE JOB
FOR THIS STUPID
BIG FAT SLOB

MAYBE SHE WILL
NOT LIKE THIS AT ALL
BUT NEITHER DO YOU
THAT GIRLS GOTTA FALL

DO STUFF LIKE THAT
TO MESS WITH HER MIND
SHE SOUNDS REALLY STRANGE
ONE OF A WEIRD KIND

GOOD LUCK

Tell her exactly what he told you......that she is fat and ugly and he would prefer to "do" a blow up dolly before he would "do" her......Your husband is obviously giving her an indication that he is enjoying her advances....he just needs to be straight up and even i he doesnt want to be rude and tell her exactly how he feels about it. He just has to say nicely, Its nice you are showing me this attention, but I am happily married, I love my wife and I am definitely not interested in dating, having coffee, or an affair with you. He just has to be straight with her.

Report her for sexual harassment! BTY I'd get that woman off alone and take care of her. Or just embarrass her by making comments like, dam that fat cow thinks she's hot. lol

He can't be a nice guy. His attitude needs to be like a police officer or DI in the Marines; listen up and no bs. Even if she doesn't get it, perhaps he'll scare the crap out of her.

I would suggest that he tell her outright to leave him alone. He should try to avoid her at all costs and if none of that works then I would report her for harassment. Let management deal with it.

He needs to call his boss over and tell her in front of a witness, loudly. He needs witnesses now in case she ever gets ticked off and tries to start rumors about them.
