Well you can follow her or hire a detective but it could be expensive. But let me warn you if you go looking for something 9 times out of 10 you will find it. Are you sure that you want to catch her in the act? If this woman wants to cheat nothing is going to shock her into not cheating, if she gets caught and you forgive her I'm sure she will just be more careful and find other ways of cheating. Youre not going to shock her because if she is cheating at that level- she will just continue it but hide it better.I dont understand what you mean by having to stay with her for your daughters safety - if she abuses your daughter - then you report her - and you can divorce people for cheating - and if she is abusive or neglectful you can file for custody. Just hire an investigator to follow her for a few hundred dollars and take pictures. The pictures can most likely come in very handy when trying to get custody too.
