my sons dad pays child suport, he called me and said they took alot of his tax return money for child suport, will i get any of it?

As long as you don't recieve cash from your local welfare office then you should get it all. Good Luck!

You should get all the tax money that was taken from his refund check for the purposes of child support IF he owes back support and you are the recipient of the support. If he doesn't owe back support, nothing would be taken from his refund check.

yes u should subtract whatever the fee's are from the company who took out the money, and it doesn't matter if you are getting welfare unless u are in the state of Texas and get tanf because they will subtract whatever you got from the government as far as tanf goes but if you just have food stamps or Medicaid or both you should be fine.
