Dating tips for over 40's? I haven't been "out" there for years. What does it look like? I don't have baggage but how do you date and not talk about your 'stuff' when you are in your 40's....you've been through the marriage, divorce, children. How do you go out on a date and leave all that out and just have fun?

It seems that every business deal, every item sold, something needs to be fixed so he has to stay late, etc..., etc....
we want to know that we are more important than a business deal!! Sure you can take a day or two or tomarrow off, but what if tomarrow doesn't come??
How can us women communicate this and still be supportive??

I am thinking of moving out on my wife of 6 years. The marriage has dissolved into cohabitation and confrontation anytime there is a real issue at hand. I have become about as emotionally distant as I can get. She has come to direct every aspect of my family, time, job, hobbies, friends, money, etc. I am guilty (and more likely an idiot) of letting this go on for so long and get to this point. She is college educated (I paid off the loans) has never worked, never had to, has quit nursing school (yep me again with the money) and says she doesn't want to. We are always together and I don't do anything without her knowing, never have, but I want a little freedom and we spend all of our time together. I am curious what the court of public opinion thinks. I want to go out, see my friends, and family, do some things that I want to do, not all the time, but a small healthy amount of independence, but I think we are past that now. Now what?

My wife says she doesn't want to be married anymore and that she is tired of doing everything for everyone else. She is pre menapausal and continues to do for others without regard for herself. I'm not confused, I just would like a good answer as to why women do this sort of thing?

im only 18, and i'll be having my first child in March, and my boyfriend wants to get married before we have Luke saying "if we wait until after we have him we wont have the money to get married"

he wants to get married in a church (and i wasnt brought up with religion, it was basically theres a god, no church or anything like that) while id be happy just getting married in city hall, but nobody in his family would reconize the marriage

second, im not ready to get married, its not cold feet, im just not ready, weve only been dating 6 months!!! sadly im not ready for a baby either, but im acepting it

next, i live far away from home, 2500 miles to be almost exact, and all i want to do is go home, but he doesnt want to leave the beach, so im stuck here, because i dont want to deprive him of his child

what do i do??? im so confussed and im sure the stress isnt helping the baby...but i always feel like crying and im scared

Help!!! My husband does not trust me! He won't put me on any of his bank accounts(not even the one where my son's SSI gets deposited). He won't let me go grocery shopping and if he does he will give me only $20-$30 to get two weeks worth (which is not enough). Before I married him and I was the one who was bringing in the money. I had him on all of my accounts and there was a few times that he took all of the money out and I still don't know where he spent it at. (it was alot too)
There for awhile when we first got married he gave me the check book and gave me permision to sign his name to get things that we needed. And I bounced 2 checks but really we were both at fault. I had everything balanced out and I thought we had the money and we did but in that same week my husband took out all the money to get something he needed and didn't tell me about it.
I has been five years and he still doesn't trust me to be on his accounts. I've tried talking to him but nothing works....

Most white women perfer black men over white men, and most white men perfer asian/latin women over white women. With no white babbies there race looks to be over.

My wife and i do not sleep in the same bed any more. We havent for about a year now. This is really getting old. We have talked and it does not seem to do any good. For the last 3 or 4 years we maybe have sex every other month. This is frustrating me to no end. I often wonder if she is seeing someone else. What do I do?

I am sick with a chronic condition, in bed almost all the time. I feel like I am shortchanging them in so many ways. I can't help with homework, I forget to take care of things, I can't drive them to their appointments, I often don't have any good meals for them. Their dad gives me plenty of money, but there is so much that you just can't hire, and even hiring and managing help I cannot do. They are frustrated with my condition. Their preference would be to live half the time with me and half with him. But he is so rigid, it is either almost all him or me, for him, with one of us taking them only every other week-end. He is a good dad, but will not be flexible about his custody preference. He can be temperamental too, which is why I took them in the first pace. But, it's now about a year, and I can say that, while I adore them, I am failing them.,.

I told her i wanted a divorce and she said that i was going to pay. i left the house because she started to throw things. i came back home an hour later and the police pulled me over a few houses from my home. asked me what happen and said ok now tell me again this time the truth, what happen. I said the same thing. The police told me that my wife said i was hitting her and pulled out some of her hair. I said she was lying i never touched her. They arrested me and i was in jail for 4 days. I pleaded guilty so i can save my job. I have never ever been arrested before for anything. i have to do domestic abuse classes and 16 hours volunteer work and a misdoremeanor on my record. my wife confessed to her ex husband a former police office and 3 of her older sisters and her son (my step son) who is 17 and said the only reason she had me arrested is because she wanted me out of the house and she lied to the police about the hitting and she pulled out her own hair. what can i do. help me.
