My husband is saying jokes in front of the kids that I don't find funny and when I tell him that it does hurt me he says I always take things to personally. He does it all the time though. He doesn't actually care about what I say and he is always right.. Any advice.

Is it cool to be married ? I mean what can you obtain out of it; yeah sure your life long sweet hart, someone to share your life with. Being single has benifits such as the freedom of movement, being your own boss, only having to do what is needed for you; for you health, mental awareness emotional strings.

For people who are in one..
I believe in an open relationship.. you can't force monogamy at first.. The only way to truly know if they are the one for you.

BUT, why an open "marriage". You keep the RELATIONSHIP open, but once you know she's the one and you two get married, aren't you marrying BECAUSE you only want to be with just them?
Where's the intimiacy?

PS There's no sarcasm here. I really would like input on this.

Today was Our 4th Childs 9th b-day and her Daddy sat on the couch while her sisters, brother and I sang "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to her ,fliping thru the freak'n channels and ignoring her.I realize he doesn't want to be part of the family so how would be the best way to show him the door with the least amount of stress on the children since he obviousely stopped caring years ago????

I have been bleeding down there for three months now, I feel week, tired,depressed, anxiety,and nervousness,ever since i got a birth control shot called depro.I feel as if I,m having a mentalbreakdown. i want this to go away, does any one know how long do the side affect of depo go on? i have a doctors apointment for the bleeding but i havent told him about the other side effects yet.I feel scared. has any one ever been through this?

His deceasd wife was in this account out of state am not allowed to be in it is this right? Also I paid for catering out of income tax check and wedding cake not knowing he had plenty of monies in his other account. he asked me to HELP him with these expenses. then when we filed taxes this January I did not get any return back because of his income for the first time in 13 years ! My husband moved out a few weeks ago, saying that even though he loves me he just can't live with me. I sobbed and sobbed, called my physician who called the pharmacist to get me on something for depression, and then I called a realtor to list the house. We've broken the news to our two children who know daddy has an apartment an hour away. Today, he stopped by to get some dress clothes for an interview and then crawled into bed next to me to cuddle, as I wouldn't allow him to do anything else. Tonight, he called the kids to make arrangements to take them to a ball game then he asked ME to go,too. After I gently reminded him that he was divorcing me, he hung up without saying "goodbye." He wants the divorce and this is the third time he's left in a year. Why is he sending such mixed messages? This whole process is painful enough without the mindgames. What do I do?

Husband of 15 years walked out, found out about his affair after that. I don't work, now scared to death.. what are my rights. Can he just come back to the house anytime? I am disabled so I want a good lawyer. He wants to pick up some of his things but me not be here and I don't think that is legal? I dont' want to keep anything of his but he shouldn't be able to clean out the house without anyone here. I don't want to pick the wrong lawyer.
