Husband of 15 years walked out, found out about his affair after that. I don't work, now scared to death.. what are my rights. Can he just come back to the house anytime? I am disabled so I want a good lawyer. He wants to pick up some of his things but me not be here and I don't think that is legal? I dont' want to keep anything of his but he shouldn't be able to clean out the house without anyone here. I don't want to pick the wrong lawyer. Also, are cell phone/text pic records used to prove infidelity? he has pages of them to different women. I've already called to have std test done. Anyone with help or advice??

I moved away from Tuscaloosa long ago, so I'm sure the lawyers I knew have retired. What you need to do is to make contacts. Ask people you trust. Talk to people at church or call you church office. Look through the yellow pages and see which lawyers specialize in divorce. Call any law office and ask them to recommend a divorce lawyer.

Good Luck
