hi that is a tough decision for a 12 yr old to choose.
What if you take your parents out of the equation?
Where would you want to go to school? Which family situation is healthier for YOU?
I am wondering why are you with your dad now. Did the judge make that decision a while back?
You are being asked to be a wise judge. Face it there are no winners. And don't let your parents play you against each other.
I pray that this experience will make you a stronger person in the long run.
Without any emotion or any obligation what would you choose?
You will also have to deal with the after affects of your decision.
I have learned that things in writting work well during something difficult. Then it will be clear what you say and your parents can't go back and twist what you have said.
If you choose to stay with your dad because you love the school there and your family is there, then state that. Give your mom hope that you will spend some time with her.

At 12, I thought the courts made the decision on who you lived with, not you, that's a lot of responsibility on someone so young.
If your with your Dad right now, evidently, someone thought he was better suited to raise you. Do you know why your not with your Mom full time? Talk to you Dad about your Mom and see what he says. Talk to a Grandparent, sometimes they can help sort these kinds of problems out better then your parents.

Wow...you need to talk this over with either your mom or dad and not here on Yahoo Answers as none of us should be advising someone as young as you as to what to do because this is a major decision in your life.

Aw, honey, that is so sad that they're pulling on you like that. Who do YOU want to live with? That's what's important. What does your dad say about it? You need to talk to them, sweetie, and tell them how much pressure it's putting on you. it's not fair. They shouldn't do that to you.

Go with the one your happiest with. It's tough enough to be away from your mom, but even worst being away from your family.

This is something that you'll need to discuss with your mom and dad about. Good luck!

It is so sad what the parents do to a child. You have to be happy. Do not please them, they did not think in you when they split. THEY make you have to choose. Live where you are happy and tell them that they made the decision to break up the home, not you!!!!!!!!!
