I really need some immigration help here.Please!I came here on a fiancee visa to marry my husband-now,have a family and start from there. But things started to get so dirty between us when i got pregnant. He demanded i'll get abortion but i chose to keep it. He threatened to have me deported, all kinds of stuff to hurt me if i wont but it still didnt change my mind. Anyway, now i gave birth to a healthy baby boy, but it didnt make things better. We still get into arguments/fights a lot of times over the abortion issue and it just hurts me so much of how blind i was to believe that he is someone i could spend the rest of my life with. Most of the time that we argue he would say things like he'll leave me all alone to raise my son and all kinds of hurtful things he could come up with. How can i stay here legally if i divorce him? i havent have my adjustment of status interview yet. oh he has a domestice violence record when he got physical with me bec. of the abortion issue.

We live-in together and I have access to his private things inlcuding his money and self-taken xxx videos with other boys. He is a public official who values his position in the government. He physically/sexually abuse me letting me do things xxx. Now that I have decided to break-off with him, I want this to be a lesson for him. We've been together for 18 months... will I steal his money? blackmail him? just leave and go? what..what...what?

This is my situation: My husand and I live in Hawaii. His exgirlfriend lives in Texas. They were together in High School that was 8 years ago, they broke up because of distance he went away to boot camp so they broke up. They stayed friends and still talk, but my husband does not tell me when they talk. Last month they IM each other she told him she missed him,he replied he misses her to. Also last month i found out he was looking at pictures of her while i was at work from her my space account. She called my husband yestarday and talked for 20 mintues, my husband never told me, she mentioned this to me today on IM. She told me she called to ask him why his sister had not called her, my husband told me she just wanted to chat. My husband has told me he does not have feelings for her, and he loves me...if this is true why is he looking at her pics? Also, this girl has a boyfriend that she lives with. Does she like my husband? Does it sound like my husband still has feelings for her?

We have been engaged for 18 months and have lived together for 2 years, we've been going through a rough patch (that's life!) but nothing we can't work through. He says he's tried even though I don't think he has and on Tuesday he said, I'm off we'll sell the house.
All my friends say he will be back and that most men go through commitment phobia but it is just a phase.
I would love people who have been in the same situation to give me some advice as I am a completed wreck!

Anytime I travel outside the city, he begins to feel uneasy. He calls almost all my friends to inquire if I have been to them. Once I travelled and my phone battery went off and I had to switch it off. He called and when he wasnt getting me on the line he started to suspect I was somewhere else.

i recently discovered my husband having e-mails back and forth very explicity with men and women and actually wanting to set up meetings. he travels and some messages were from where he travels and even some guy in my town. he also mentioned to the guy in town he has three kids in the house and cant "host" but once in awhile they could come over..... ive suspected for awhile there was something going on esp with the traveling for work but i never expected these messages from esp men, is my husband a true bisexual engaging in affairs because he tells me that it is just chat fantasy and he has never physically met anyone anywhere, i think hes lying, too much info on hotels each was staying at etc. he says i am the only person he has truly loved and that he got a problem but hes never acted on it just to the point of conquering the other person lol. my second marriage, no kids with him, i do love him but is counseling enough to save our marriage given the circumst. please help.

i'm wkg with stable job. married wth 3 kids. met him & his married with 3 kids too. we must see each other at least 3 days a week fm mon- fri only. sat,sun & PH for family only. relationship only 3 months old. we are extremely close like a pair of luvers that can't be separated.we had promised to be together no matter what happens because we really luv each other & need each other.1 fine day recently someone had smelt it n inform his wife. he deny n i,him n his wife met and i also deny.i don't know wat to do now because i'm lost and can't concentrate on my work. when i met him with his wife i saw he's quite miserrabel n messy. i don't know whether he miss me or he scarce or panic that his wife had smelt his affair hard to said. now i'm like crazy missing him and feel very, very down and felt like crying but i can't because i'm in the office. he have nt called me today. i really miss him n not eaten proper meals for the past 1 week. i'm confuse and don't know what to do???

My husband has promised me over and over again that he will stay off of various singles' sites over the internet. I signed up and tracked down his profile to nail him finally. This is probably the third time this has happened. He then tells me that we were fighting and that's why he signed up and chatted. (He's a pilot and he was telling one girl that he would stop by Rome to see her and that she could teach him Italian, etc...) I feel like an idiot because I keep giving him chance after chance.
