I will get married but my girl's mom refuse me coz I'm don't have good joob.

The Mom is concerned because she's afraid her daughter and future grandchildren will be poorly taken care of since you don't have a job that pays as much as she thinks it should.
You have two choices: see if you can get your girlfriend to elope and ignore the Mom's concerns. (Not a good idea for future relationships with the in-laws.) Or wait until you have a better paying job.
Why don't you start looking for something that will pay you more and give you more prestige? That will win over the Mom and allow you to support your wife and children above the poverty level. Good luck!

Yes you need an established job to support your family. Her mother knows this and doesn't want to have to support you.

You need to pay bills and live on your own. By you asking this question you are just showing that you can not support a marriage.

Support means pay your own way and your wife's way and your children's way. If you cant then she shouldn't marry you.

Job is money and money is required for looking after spouse , children etc etc hence get a job first so that you can fulfill the comitments later.
