Amoung the other items raised by this question the biggest is, WHY DO YOU CARE? You were in the process of divorcing. She's gone, you're no longer married. MOVE ON.

It would have to be checked out with the Registrars Office, however you would need to have specific dates and full names,as for Germany, no idea. If she has done she and the man have committed a criminal offence, either way at the first stage of declaring their intention to marry by her not declaring she Had been married before, speak to the local police..

Essentially, she would have to show the divorce agreement in order to remarry. If she lied about that, then maybe she is not worth staying married to especially if she married another man, or even thought about it. You are better off without that worry in your life. Restart your's!

I'd say you have to go with a P.I as she couldn't have used her real name and gotten away with it (if it was in the same country that she married you) and unless you know the mans name you won't be able to find out

Contact the state in which you believed it took place and call city hall you need to get the license from there anyway they should know then if she did you show your proof that you are still married and she'll get what she deserves!

Births, Marriages and deaths department of the council. Would be helpful if you know the area.
You're talking about bigamy and that's illegal.

Would your wife be that silly to marry knowing it would be illegal that she already is married?
