dont get me wrong i love my husband and always will cause he is the farther of my kids but im not in love with him and there is a big difference there--so here for the past 6 months ive really been thinking more and more bout a dirvorce but just dont really want to hurt him but in reality im hurting him and myself by not being truthful to him--so im really confused on what to do all i know is i do want a dirvorce and that is why im looking for my mr right that i know i derserve and need in my life--like i said im just not happy and he thinks i am and its not fair to either one of us--so keep in mind that there are issues there on his part the reason i feel the way i do and to many issues there to go into--i just need opinons here--try not to be to harsh

found a personal as in my husbands e-mail his profile says he is single looking for single women. when i confronted him he turned it around and said i shouldn't have been in his e-mail.Maybe i shouldn't have but also he said he had to use the personals site so he could look at nudes. What would you do? and How do I forgive but not forget?

Regardless of your belief on homosexuality I think there is alot of stigma that makes alot of people misunderstand gays. Not all gays are sex crazy, many have happy healthy relationships. Even if you don't believe in homosexuality (you have a right not to), why is gay marriage such a threat?
How can we as a society eliminate some of the stigma and misunderstanding of homosexuality?

Even if you don't believe in it, who are we to say who you can love, especially if it is true love?

For 6yrs I have tried to free myself and my children from this man. I have submitted to many forms of abuse to subdue my abuser and protect my children. He offers me two choices, come home or never see your children again. He has an extremely high IQ and is obsessed with keeping me as his wife. When I finally could'nt take his sexual abuse and emotional blackmail anymore I told him I was going through with our divorce and that I loved another man. He has devisated me financially and keeps me tied up in court defending myself against false accusations. At present I have been charged with harrassment, disorderly conduct and he has obtained a restraining order. All of which I am contesting. My biggest concern is the fact that he has 2 of my 3 children and will not allow me to see or speak to them. He is in the advanced stages of parental alienation and the courts are not equipped to handle this. The courts are too slow and he is brainwashing my children. How can I stop him?

We had an "okay" relationship, no regrets we just decided to let go (due to a pregnancy scare, we were young and stupid) A few months after, he started seeing an older woman. He was 21 and she was in her 40's. Now they are married. We'd see each other and say "HI" but thats it. We recently bumped into each other @ a nightclub, he was really anxious about it. "we really need to talk, I've been looking for you for a while now" he said. (I live out of the city now) Two days later we sat and talked in daylight @ a public place. He now claims that he never stopped thinking about me, he only moved on because I'd moved on (which I did) he's feeling like he's made a mistake. I really want him to save his marriage, you don't get up just because its hard! But I am beginning to feel that I am becoming a problem not the solution. So would I not be a good friend if I decided to step back and NOT to help anymore? There are certain boundtries in a "married ex" situation, so now what? Give up?

Me and my husband have been going through a rough patch dealing with infidelity (on my part) and a harassing female co-worker (on his part) sending me emails and him detailing all that she wanted to do with him and so on. Well we decided to try and work it out. I called my work voicemal and noticed he had been trying to access my messages at work so I called and asked him why had he been calling my voicemail (I've been working at a different location for weeks now) and he said to get in contact with me well I continued to ask other questions to see if he'd tell the truth and finally after a few more he admitted to trying to hear my messages. I wasn't mad, not at all, but I wanted to see if given the chance would he be honest with me. He's been talking about my dishonesty and how it's hurt our marriage, so doesn't that apply to him? He thinks I have no right to second guess him, what do you think?

I separated from my ex-hubby for 6 months because he cannot stop going out with his female friends on single dates and keep out late nights till early morning, when his son was only one month old. He cannot bother to fetch me when I am 8 months pregnant but would take time to fetch this girl from the East to Orchard to catch a movie during office hours. He spent time listening to this girl's personal problems but is tired when I want to talk to him. I once saw him with the girl and confronted them after we were separated. But he couldn't care much even though I was so upset and left with the girl. He keeps telling me this is just a friend and wants me to change my attitude if I want him to return. Do you think something is going on between the two of them? Would you give in and reconcile, stay status quo or divorce?

i don't want people to think I'm a B**** my husband and i are having lots of problems he was arrested for a DWI for the second time he will do some hard time before he got arrested we sleep in different bed we are together just because of our daughter. I visit him every week i mail money talk to him on the phone and i do everything he needs . I'm by myself i work and try to do the best i can't. He has been gone for about 1 year I still waiting. i haven't talk to any of my friends but i do feel so lonely all the time. my good friend form high school call me about 2 days and we hang out he got marry and he is also having some problems like me. wife walk away form him with their 2 kids. i wanted to know i don't want to be with him but i do want to hang out and i know that if my husband was here he could me mad that I'm hanging out with a guy but we are not doing anything plus i like talking to him because he is having the same problems as me. i cry every day i don;t know what to do. if my husband was here i know we would not be together we had too many problems but i can't move on with my life knowing that he is in jail i know if my responsibility to help him and be here for him. but i also know that 5-10 years waiting is my whole life. i promise i didn't do anything with my guy friend we talk and it was my girl friends her boyfriends my daughter and my guy friend.

The ex says he is going to file for change of custody because he is jealous of how much time I actually get to spend time with the kids. I know myself he can not handle them all the time because when we lived together he wanted nothing to do with them, made them spend hours in their room. I just dont think it would be fair to the kids if they livedd with their father, he never wanted to bond with them when I was with him. I am the one who always took the kids to events, and fun places while he sat on his rear end watching t.v. I told my ex I filed for custodial and made it so he only got weekends because I knew he couldnt handle all three kids for no more than a weekend at a time.
What should I do in this case?

HOw do i make my husband think i am cheating on him?He has put me through alot and i wanna give him a taste of his own medicine.The only way i can do it is by cheating or at least making him think i am just so he can go completly nuts.I dont wanna acvtively go and do it cause theres just so much out there.(std's) and i cant hurt myself that way.Any ideas?

who is 7 years old and his dad is always too busy for his kids. We are recently divorced and my son tells me he would rather live with his dad so he can see him, but we live close to his dad and he doesn't bother to see the kids more than two or maybe three times a week, even though it's supposed to be joint parenting.
