Marriage & Divorce - 17 August 2006

Lately things have not been great between my husband and I. He is not interested in being physical with me. In the last two days he watched over 20 videos on the internet.he often hides it from me. we are newlyweds and i dont think our sex life should be over already...
when I have tried to talk to him about it he says that i am just being insecure and that I am immature to not understand this. I do not understand it. I am not unattractive.. I am not a prude or it's not like he is watching something i wont do with him... he watches it cause he says he is "bored" and it is something to do. he also says that we arent having sex that often cause he doesnt want it to get old. this makes very confused and i do feel insecure NOW. Am i wrong? how can I handle this and not ruin our relationship????

I'm finally divorcing my husband after only 6 years of marriage. The first year was great. But the last 2 years he had become very mean & cruel. So I know its best that I told him to leave, but why do I miss the man I thought he was?

I recently divorced after 17 years with two kids, I met a man that has been divorced three years with two kids. I gave up everything I worked for to be happy. I got my kids in the divorce but one child wanted to stay close to his friends. I am trying to deal with that but it his hard not seeing my oldest everyday so we talk on the phone everyday. My problem is my new boyfriend we want to get married he gave me a ring. but has started a custody battle with his ex-wife and I am affraid this will go on forever because he that is what they do is fight over kids . she screwed around many time and he was in love with her. so they fight over kids he has money to keep it tied up in court. But i the meantime he still wants to keep me out of the picture and dont show up any where she is so she cant use it against him in court that we are living together. Finatially i'm convient for him I pick his kids up for school, keep a clean house, cook & sex. Shuld he keep me hidden or do I leave?.

me and my wife met years ago.we were both young she left me at a time when we were both partying i wanted to be with her to party with her but we never got to cause she was always with someone else now we have been together for a year and half but she doesnt party anymore and i am so jealous of the fact that other guys got to enjoy the fun with her and i never got to it eats me alive.i fell if i leave her i can foget about it but i dont want to hurt her.please help.

at 2:00 this morning i took a zanax and i havn't popped a pill in three years was it wrong of me or not and to make matters worse me and my wife got into it over it because i said i wanted to do it again and she said no well i flushed what i had left after a hell of a fight but she won was i wrong or right

My daugter's father and I have been battling it out in family court for the past 2 years. We are pretty much equal in our personalities, good and bad. I've filed protection orders on him, he filed contempt order on me. Neither of us won, be we got our revenge on one another and now were even stevens. Yesterday we went to dinner & the park with our child for the first time and got along as if nothing bad ever happened. I don't know if he's tired of all the pain we went through over the past 2 years, or if he's just trying to keep me happy so I won't pursue contempt charges on him again. It's very confusing to me because we always enjoy one another's company and talk for hours day after day. But he seems to jump to conclusions and misunderstands things I say, and doesn't trust me there after. Then he rushes to his lawyer with his suspicions, and off to court we go again. Can this mistrust between us be fixed and if so, how?

My husband and I were married for seven years. To make a long story short, his children came to live with us from another country and all hell broke loose. He moved out with the children but refused to give me his address or home phone. Only way I can get in touch with him is thru his cell phone. He states since the children does't like me I don't have anything with the home address, but when he wants go to bed with me, i feel he's wrong. What do you think. I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing about not sleeping with him.

today, a friend of my husbands overdosed. my husband does not do drugs and the friend offered him some and he said no, but the friend did the drugs right there in front of my husband. the friend was shot a month ago and is also on morphine. he overdosed and my husband thinks it is all his fault. do you think it is my husbands fault. if my husband would have tried to stop him, it would have been a fight.

I went through a divorce. In my divorce I was awarded custody of my older son and got to claim him on my income tax and she got custody of our younger son and claimed him on her income tax. I also paid child support for my younger son. My son and I had a fight as children and parents often do. He went to his mothers because he was upset. I didn't have a problem with it at first. It's his mother. But somehow she had a paper that stated she had custody and they attached my wages for both kids. I was never taken to court or proved as an unfit parent in order to lose custody in any court of law. Is this legal? Are there any lawyers in Ohio that could help? Can I get custody back? How?
