Because they like to be buttheads! and are very stubborn and with some people its their nature to try and control all!!!!!!!!

People who are insecure in their own lives try to make up for it by controlling others. Someone who is trying to control you is not secure in the relationship. Is there a reason to be jealous? Is there a lack of communication? Or, is the mate simply a basket case?

No one control anyone's life. If they do tell you what to wear,eat when to sleep what to watch on t.v. or how to drive. I'd think about getting out of the relationship. Do it quickly but quietly. And ask a friend to help. Perferably a strong man (like a brother or other relative) Being controling is a sign of a baterer. Other signs are that they won't allow you to be with friends or family. Contact a local women's shelter for more info. or could someone help out by giving an address to domestic violence website.
abuses children/animals
dislikes women/they belong at home barefoot and pregnant
he's jealous
abuses drugs/alcohol
belittles his partner verbally
plays on your guilt(If you loved me you'd...................)
Women too can be guilty of this...........

its because of obsession and intense jealous some ppl us control as a way to cover there own insecurties. and in a lot of cases its because some men/women allow there mates to control them.

I have no idea but i been married along time and my husband tries that but i don't let him. If u let them get away with it it will not stop. So dont start that controlling mess

People who control others are out of control in there own lives.They feel that controlling others will make them empowered.
