my mum leave in canada with here husband wich is not my dad she married him 10 years ago and they gone to leave in canada,
my dad died 10 years ago just after my mum got married with her second husband,my mum is origintly british and my dad is tunisian so I grow up in tunisia ,but in 2000 I moved to uk ,all my sisters leave in uk ,I got married I got to children ,and my mum only saw my kids once for 10 days ,she never come to visit ,she is working a supervisor in a travel agency in canada she never visit because she said her husband dont let her spend money ,I leaved the last ten years far from my mum and that was her choice ,I asked her to come and visit this year but she said if me and my sister buy her ticket she will come ,but this summer I planned to go to tunisia for the first time in 6 years with my kids ,and she want to come this summer to ,the truth is I cant afford both my tickets to go tunisia and her ticket to come here ,should I buy her ticket?

My mother is getting married July 15, 2007 and I am the only one who knows about it. My sister and my brother don't. I don't like my step dad because when my mother isn't looking he smacks me in the back of the head and calls my brother names like loser and gay boy. I want my mom to be happy but I don't want myself to be miserable until I am 18 and I move out. So do you have any suggestions of what I could do so that we are all happy?

i don't but for all the people who has a diary and write your thoughts, fellings everything that has happen to you, and it got lost or stolen, and imagine someone close to you like your family or friends and they read your personal life, like first time you done it, or bad things you did and no one ever find out what would you do, how would you react and if you never find it or not find it, would you still write in your diary or never again ?

my husband and i live in japan and our parents in oklahoma... my father in law and i get along but then there is his mom... everytime we need to talk to her she says "OH GOD SHES PREGNANT..thank god you had me scared.". and shes always on my butt about gettin a job or goin to shcool....she REFUSES to talk to me.... this only seems to be since we got married but we dated 2 years before and she never seemed tohave a problem with me untill now... how do i deal with it without causing HUGE problems...

I have a little girl who is 2 and a half right now. She has been living with her mother for all of her life mainly because I have been stationed in Japan. Well I am due to come back to the U.S. in September, and I would like to start setting up a case to get some custody of my little angel. Her mother currently lives with HER mother, she owes money to the courts for traffic stuff, and she has been using my child support money to pay that off, she pulled my daughter out of day-care because she cannot afford it anymore, and she blames me for her problems everytime we talk to each other. Basically I am tired of hearing it, and I don't think now is the best time for her to be trying to raise our daughter. I have tried to talk to her about willingly letting our daughter live with me for a time, but now it seems I'll have to go the road I don't want to go down. So what do I do to make sure I can get some sort of custody?

My daughter is almost 19 and doesn't live at home. This past week, she took my debit card out of my purse and spent almost $200. I was out of town, so it took me almost 2 days to realize it was gone. I contacted the bank, cancelled the card and transferred all of my remaining money into another account. I left her a message (she wasn't answering my calls) that the bank had said I would have to press charges before they could re-imburse my account due to her making withdrawals from the ATM. She never responded.

This isn't the first time she has taken money from me. Over the past couple of years, she has written herself checks from both my account and my oldest daughter's account. I've learned that it's not safe to leave cash ANYWHERE in my home. She's not working at the moment and I help out when I can while maintaining my own household.

Other than this problem, she's a great kid with a good heart. What would you do if it were your daughter?

I have a 21 year old step-daughter living at home. She has a baby from a marriage that never should have occurred. She tries to tell us how to set up our own home to "baby" proof it. A lot of things have been put up, so the baby can not reach them, but she really does not set boundries for him. He is 10 months old. She also baby sits for her cousin and those kids ae neglected/ignored by their parents, yet she still has no boundries. I am tired of having to put things up due to her not wanting to be attentive parent/babysitter she should be. She also is horrible at picking up after herself and the children. It really is getting on my nerves.
Our relationship in the past was very rocky due to her wanting to able to run our home when she was child and have no boundries set on herself.
How do I approach this with her and not break the fragile relationship we have now? Our relationship is so-so! I tolerate a lot and do not push myself or ideas on her very often.

my ma is in a pool league... MVP actually won 12 of 13 matches... go her i know.

well, in august her team is going to vegas and she wants to take me for my bday... which is may but i'll be 21 then so august is fine.

she wants to pay and whatnot but i don't know if i want her to... she's been in and out of my life forever and i don't feel she should have to support me on a trip... should i let her pay or pay myself??

(im an animal lover, this sounds weird but i will die for one of my animals, no lie) (so answer this with your heart not something mean) First ill start with the sad part:
My kitten that meant the WORLD to me, died, She died b/c she jumped in the drier machine and my mom didnt see her so she closed it and turned it on, that was when my life turned weird and depressing, this is how::: my parents got a divorce::: i figured out my dad had it with someone::: my life changed forever after that. I fear everything all the time about my animals NOW!! ----The Mean part: When i tell ppl they CRACK up laughing, and i feel like commiting murder, and i about cry. Im feeling terrible now, all the sudden this has hit me and im so terribly sad. this happened less then 6 months ago. help.

im A FAN OF PINK..i have bot pink things..purses..shoes..sunglas... reading glasses .. all in pink.. and ofcourse clothes... wow why did it bother me that ... my brother in law purchased only pink clothes for his wife the other day we all "had' to go shopping. ...

so me and my sister are teenagers and we dont get along AT ALL, we just all together avoid talking, i know sibling rivalry is normal, but im not sure about this. i try talking to her about getting along better and not being so hurtful to each other. could you help..because i dont know how to get through to her? My parents ave always been active and healthy until recently.My Father was diagnosed with Parkinsons which is fairly debilatating for him.My mother is effectively his carer.Unfortunately my mather has just been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and is pretty sick.

My father will clearly be unable to care for her when she comes out of hospital.We are a large Family,but live very far apart,there is no one nearby to help or support them.

What advice would you give them to ensure that their quality of life is a good as possible in the next few years?

I work 3rd shift (11pm-7am) so when I get to bed its almost 8am. My son gets out of school at 230pm so on a good day I get 6 1/2 hours of sleep a day. However taking a nap after is not an option. I have to baby sit his cousins everyday at this time. Were family but everyday they come over, every weekend then sleep over, every Sunday they come over to eat lunch. I see them all the time, when they come over; who ends up watching them all you might ask? That’s right, me, wheres everyone else? good question, I dont know either. What really gets me is when the other people in the house ask "you never spend time with me here, why are you leaving?" I just want to yell.
Im frustrated and just want peace and time to spend with my family. Is this wrong how I feel, I mean, we are family and thats what family does, help each other but its really getting to me. I cant tell my girlfriend, their her (blood) family.
My girlfriend thinks even when everyones here it still quality time. I disagree.

I know it sounds weird, and I should mind my own business but our family doesn't work that way. My sister who is in her early 30s (single mom) has "befriended" an ex who I, along with many others believe is gay. I don't have a problem with the gay part, it's the part that involves her romantically linked to him and possibly marrying him and how this would affect the whole family. My neice was raised by all of us and a relationship with this guy would force her to move across state. She tends to make irrational mistakes and we all suffer for it, except this time I think it would kill my mother who is extremely close to my neice (one and only grandchild). I really feel my mother's health will be at stake if this were to happen. My neice spends more time with her than my sis., and I know this experience will scar my neice emotionally. If my sis does this, there's no way she would let her daughter stay. Our family is closely nit, but my sis has a short fuse making it hard to talk to her...

I am a 13 year old girl my mom's Chinese my dad's English there is a big cultural difference. My parents since I can remember have been fighting for so long they've never ever kissed in front of me or showed their love for one another. Then one day when I was six my mom told me she was pregnant. I was a only child until then. Then when I was eight my mum crashed a car in Malaysia (thats where we lived) all because she was angry with me for taking her notebook to write a note she asked me to write. I broke my nose cartillage (I used to have a perfect nose now its got a slight bump I hate it). You see me and my mum have always had a difficult relationship. she's always wanted me to become a mixed hong kong star like Maggie Q. So thats when my father decided to take me to New Zealand to stay. Thats when I found out he had a Thai mistress I was shocked as I was only nine. My dad side of the family did many things to upsetmy mom. now at a party thedads side invited both mom and dad...she didnt go. dad doesnt side with mom and so he went. Mom and dad llive together and according to mymom dads side have done enough to make her upsat..She is more mad at the fact that dad never ytried to clear up the blame his relatives puton mom.. neither doesn he let mom speak her mind and says...just forget that aything happened infront of his side each time she speaks..Now she just doesnt want to speak to his side anymore...they kep asking me whymom didnt come.. who is to blame???
