Family - September 2006

My divorced sister has two sons age 7 & 13. She dated this guy "bob" 2 years ago and he totally ignored her kids. He never wanted them around and didn't include them in anything. She mentioned his behavior and he said "if they were his kids with her he would treat them different" She broke up with him. Now he is back and he wants her to marry him and have more kids. I am afraid he is going to mistreat my nephews. Should I say anything??

My daughter was sexually molested by her step-father, in which, she has refused to speak of it to myself and the doctors of this tramatic expirence and she is protecting the predator where she's continuing a parent-daughter relationship with him. I'm utterly confused by my daughter's behavior where I'm estranged from her , but I continue to love,care and support her with all my heart and I wish to regain my relationship with her because she is the love of my life.

These days i've been very careless. I really dont care what anyone else does becoz my eldest brother is horrible to me all the time he thinks just because he is older than me it means that i have to take all the s**t he gives me. And my mom is always on his side. Last nite he had a big fight with me. I was just sitting down and evry1 int he family was being noisy wile i tried to do some homework. So i said be quiet evry1. My older bro goes psyco at me and says dont tell me to shut up im older than u and now evry1 in the family is angry at me and i dont know what i did! ouch! Nowadays it seems like the only happines i can find is when i'm with my friends. And i now have to just try to stay away from my family. Would this be my fault or my family's fault.

We have been trying to deal with his behaviour for years now but it's getting worse and worse, I've done 3 parental management courses because the doctors seem to think it's my parenting skills that are wrong but things never get better. They say he doesnt have ADHD but that he has O.D.D but didnt say what I should do next! I'm confussed!!!
Any Ideas on what I cant do to help our situation please??

Gosh Im 30 and my dad still doesn't want me to wear a two-piece at the beach cuz he doesn't like guys checking me out!

I mean of course I wear it when hes not around but I try not to delibaretly disobey him when he is around. At what age should dads stop being so protective?

Well I'am 30 years old and I have three lovely kids.Also cant forget my loveing girlfriend.She works at the hotel in the kicthen.She's a dishwasher and pantrey and gets' paid only $6.75 an hour.Well my uncle own's his this landscapeping buisness.He called me and asked me if I wanted to work.He said that the pay is $11.00 to $18.00 a hour.My brother is working for him and it's on maui.I want to but my girlfreind wont let me go.I want to so that me and my family can have things that they like.What should I do pleas tell me.

For a long time this person - my mother's husband - has exersized abuse and mean, offensive, derogatory remarks, towards and about me. Sometimes it has developed into post traumatic stress and others times it causes a lot of worry and anxiety. How I do I get them to stop once and for all?

I will tell you what happened; You see I used to go to middle school last year and every time I would get fundraisers and I would bring'em home to let my parents buy them but they never even looked at them and then I would tell father to take it to the office but he would go, "HELL No!". Now his boss's daughter is doing the same thing and he wants to buy it. You see his boss will take decision about whether they will keep him or kick him out in 2 weeks. I am so freaken offended right now. Now you guys tell me is fair that he is buying stuff from his boss's daughter and never bought mine? Same prices and same stuff his boss is selling.

I am throwing a B-day party for my cousin in 1 month. I live in Japan (for work). But last year, August, I went to visit my parents in Virginia. I brought with me my friend and her two kids. My wife and our 2yr. daughter had to visit her sick father (in Japan). Now, about midway of the one week we have to visit. My parents accuse me of an affair. I have done nothing to even arrose such supicion. She starts doing mean things. Like, while driving my mom stops the car and tells me "to get out. But they can stay!" This makes an arguement and then return home. I even called my wife and let them talk. But My parents were still not convinced. After that embaressing trip I haven't called or emailed them back. Except once to try and talk about it. But they haven't aplogized for their behavior to me or my friend. And they really don't want to talk about it. What should I do? Say forget and leave at that? Make them talk about it? Because they have done similar things to my older two brothers and even my younger brother in the last 2 and 3yrs.

God forgive me, but I can't stand my niece and nephew! I feel like such a horrible person - I have always LOVED children - but since my bro in law & sis in law are the family trouble makers, their kids are turning our just like them. Eevn though they are little they are so obnoxious! I can't stand them! (of course I am not mean to them - they have no idea) Does anyone else feel that way? I feel so guilty but I can't help it - they are soooo annoying!
