Chip & cheese sandwiches....in England this is a popular snackie...take either reg. sliced bread (whatever you want) or even hot dog buns...spread mayo, take a American cheese slice (make 2 halves) put on each bread side and fill with potatoe chips..this is a yummy snack that they can go home and surprise their kids with....It has always been a hit around the kids for sure! (p.s. You can use/modify ingredients to your taste - you will find that this is a very 'prolific' snackie...with many possibilities..good luck!)

HAM PINWHEELS
1. Spread large flour tortillas with mixture of cream cheese, mayo, and chopped green onions.
2. Place thin ham slices on top.
3. Tightly roll tortillas ...kinda like a jelly roll. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate.
4. Cut in 1" pieces and place on serving platter on their sides.

pretzels are usually good maybe the ones that have peanut butter filled inside, a simple vegetable or fruit tray is sufficient. I am not sure how many parents are going to be there so I can't really throw much more out there for you.
