I will tell you what happened; You see I used to go to middle school last year and every time I would get fundraisers and I would bring'em home to let my parents buy them but they never even looked at them and then I would tell father to take it to the office but he would go, "HELL No!". Now his boss's daughter is doing the same thing and he wants to buy it. You see his boss will take decision about whether they will keep him or kick him out in 2 weeks. I am so freaken offended right now. Now you guys tell me is fair that he is buying stuff from his boss's daughter and never bought mine? Same prices and same stuff his boss is selling.

I did not let him know that I got mad at him and just awhile ago I was crying. Actually I kind of understand but still I feel offended. He had a stroke last year and only his present boss excepted him and not the old dumb *** boss. I forgive my father.

That's how it is in the work force. Your daddy wants to be on his bosses better side and you are to young to understand this. He probably hates to buy this stuff from her anyway, but he can't say no, because his boss might be an @sshole you know. Don't be offended, have some sympathy for good old dad.

It's lousy that he is buying his bosses daughter's stuff, and never bought yours. Maybe he wanted you to sell your own stuff then, so you would learn something, and now, he is buying his bosses stuff trying to save his job. So the question is, can you make it on your own, as you don't seem to care if your Dad is fired or not. If he does get fired, will you be supporting your family? Time to grow up, kid.

Please don't feel offended. Your father is not buying these items because he wants them, he is buying them to please his boss. It's a matter of survival, which ultimately affects the whole family, you included. I personally think the whole "fund raiser" issue is a scam and we shouldn't cause our children to raise money by pressuring our relatives and friends to buy from us. If the school needs money, let the school district raise taxes. We can pay for a war in Iraq, we can pay for our schools. Give you Dad a break. He doesn't want any of that stuff, just wants to keep his job.

that would be pretty unfair on you if he is buying the bosse's daughter's fundraising ticket's.Maybe you should let your father know about it.he should be the one forgiving you and letting you know that was unfair to buy her's instead of your's.Some father's just get to lazy to give there children a clap or a hand because they are doing something good for the school.Good luck to you and hope evrything tuns out good for you!

Well kid your dad is gonna keep you with a roof and food, IF he is able to keep his job and get the promotions so stay on your fathers side root for it might not seem fair and realy its not man. the privlaged kids are are always gonna seem like they get more, you just hang in there man and dont even worry about nothing in that school but good grades and when you have kids of your own man make them the privlaged kids.

That's definitely not fair, hon, but I can understand why your dad's doing it....if his job's on the line 2 weeks from now, he probably wants to do anything possible to stay on his boss's good side!

Not fair, Not right. They are supposed to support and encourage you but its plain clear that your dad is selfish he just thinks of himself. Let him know how you feel. If you keep it bottled up inside it will only make you more misunderstood.

It's called politics. Unfortunately the game is played just about everywhere anymore. Don't blame your dad ,he is just trying to keep his job. It's not worth the time and effort to worry about.
