Do it the other way round then.
Find an outfit you love and work out what its movie connection is.

OK i have no idea what you look like so i will give a few answers and i am sure one will appeal. Try an elf from Lord of the Rings, a lovely long dress with a perfectly straight long wig, the ears are easy to find and so is the hair jewellery, you have alot of colours to choose from with the dress and they are the most peaceful and beautiful people of any film.
Or if you like the adventure side of things go as Trinity from the matrix, leather or rubber with along coat.
Then there is the femme fatal of Sharon Stone no knickers and a designer outfit.
Or there is always one of the xmen, the blue one was amazing.

Bay Watch is so old hat, most people on here won't know what Bay Watch is.
You could dress up as "Matron" from the Carry On films.
