ignore him. the more attention you give him, the more he will irritate you. he is doing it for attention

I think that maybe you should try expressing how you feel to him, and talking the situation out. Almost like making boundaries in what you guys talk about and whatnot. Taking from personal experience thaey always wanna be right in your business, and if you set a line then they tend to get it...

well, you could always beat his face in, intimidate him, or the "nice guy" approach with the "sit down and talk" stuff. Actually, my older brother sounds alot like yours. But guess what? i've always intimidated him bicause i'm much taller than he is!

try questioning him why hes being irritating?If he keeps doing it then tell him to get lost.If you live with your parent's tell your parent's they might help.In that case try giving him a hideing lol..
