I am a single mom, I raised my daughter alone. With God's help, I was able to provide more than basic needs, sent her to good school and all. I sometimes deprived myself of some luxury like dining out, new shoes just to be able to give her wants. I don't feel appreciation not of my effort, but her appreciation of what she has, despite having a single parent, that she has more than what others need. She's turning 15, and in a hurry to get out of my shell. I feel like hurrying time also, so I can end my self-deprivation.

I suck at everything. Love, Work, Life. Yesterday my faucet was leaking... so I got a wrench and started looking for something to tighten. Lone behold... I messed it up worse. This morning, I was delivering newspapers.. im 31 : ( and I hit a parked car. But two days ago I found out that my mother is a lesbian who has been sleeping with my girlfriend in my trailer-home while I was at work. That left me we a memory that I don't think I can live with. Should I ...
(A) Laugh It Off and Say 'fukket'
(B) Lose My Lid and Proceed straight to Hell
(C) Drink a Six Pack and take the 3-wheeler over to the pond and watch the moon
(D) Get me another gallon of Moon Shine and Proceed to The Water-in hole and find me a new girlfriend to lick on

Two years ago at age of 15, my son ran away from home to move to Europe. Ever since that he has pursued career in high fashion photography. He got here two days ago with his girlfriend who is from Moldova. My son seems to be doing well, he have a house in Croatia, is traveling around Europe doing high fashion photography, and seems to be very happy with his life.

but I notice he changed a lot. He doesn't smiles as much but laughs a lot more, doesn't seems to like very many american foods anymore, dress sharper, act a bit more feminie, and doesn't seems to care much for television anymore.

I'm worry about how he and his girlfriend are toward eachother. They seems to be really clingy toward eachother. They alway stay close together, almost alway holding eachother hand or have hand on eachother, he also alway talk to her in soft and gentle voice, and every nights they have been here, they goes to bed together.

My son have never seems to be so close to anyone in past. They have

My moms been kinda stressed 4 the past yr...and she has said some hurtful things to me and my brother, but then later she'll be normal and goofy again.. today, she got mad at me cuz I didn't do the dishes & I'd been doing them a lot lately, and she said "I know you've been doing the dishes a lot lately, but thats because you don't have anything else to do " and I was like "you were mad at me because I didn't do them voluntarily before, and now your mad cuz I do them without you asking me?" and she said really nasty "if you get smart with me again - i'm going to yoke you" and i was like omg ok sorry...and I wasn't even yelling at her or anything...and she's accused me of being retarded and she's cursed at me...but then later she'll be fine. Is this normal, is there something wrong here, or am I just sensitive? Sumtimes she really brings me down, just cuz she's in a bad mood.

I was busy with my project, that suddenly i heared the ring of the phone,it was our close neighbour friend in the apartment, which is somehow mine and my mother's friend.
She has recently bought a computer for her only nice little daughter, she asked me on phone, that her daughter doesn't like to learn working with internet from her brother, and prefers to learn that from me,(she and her little daughter are like aunt and cousin for me,as they are our close friends in this apartment).

she said it wont take more than half an hour, and she also mentioned that on thurseday, her doughter is out, that meant she was asking from me to come over and teach her on that present day(wednesday).

I knew that it would be much more than half an hour for me,cause i needed to at least take a shower and stop doing my project.
so i told her that "sorry, but now i cant cause right now i'm busy with project, and as its moving on,so i cant stop,so if couldnt come today, then i will come on friday(as mentioned about about her daughter is not home on its day after(i.e:thurseday)."
OK ,she said thanks and i thought that, when she has told that she doesnt like to learn it from his brother and wants to learn from me,she can wait until the friday in this case.

Well last night(thursday),when my mom returned from the daily walk with this close neighbour mom,she told me that "She said, her daughter learnt it from his brother.

I was just wondering that when somebody ask someone do they really expect to have a ready quick service?

What would you tell them if you see them after this story?(cause we meet eachother almost everyday)..

If you were me what would you do in this case?

i am 16. when i was like 10 or 11, i had a big fight with my grandma because she would treat me really unfair compared to my brother, she pretty much favoured him. i've never talked to her since. i now have extremly bad relationship with my mom, and i really just pretty much dont want her any part of my life, i have no feelings at all for her and i feel like this everyday. i dont ever want to talk, and i feel that if my parents got a divorce, i wouldnt be sad. becuase she frustrates me so much. i do go to counselling about this. i guess what i want to know from another persons view is, is this bad to have such bad relationships with "family" and yet, it doesn't really bother me?

I am 21 and my Grandma just made 79. She invited me over to her house for a dinner and special dessert. Dinner was shrimp appetizers and steak and potatoes. Being a big girl, I polished it off rather quickly. My Grandma told me she was concerned about my weight, but still wanted me to have dessert. She had bought two expensive slices of chocolate cheesecake and put them out on the table. She told me to wait for her to come back from the bathroom, so we could both enjoy a slice- its her favorite dessert. I couldn't wait, so I wolfed down my slice in minutes. She still wasnt back and I was still hungry. Without thinking, I decided it wouldnt matter to her, and I ate her slice of cheesecake too. When she came back, I was still cramming the last piece of her cake in my mouth. She asked me rudely "What are you doing?", and I said with my mouth full "Uh-oh". Crumbs flew from my mouth and hit her glasses. She asked me to leave, that I was a pig for eating her dessert. I told her to watch

Then, what love song do you think would best describe the feelings of your special someone for you? What do you like to hear?

Special someone means husband or wife or fiancee(e), boyfriend or girlfriend...

I'd like the song BE MY NO. TWO by Joe Jackson for my husband.... just kidding. ;> lol

Seriously---- VALENTINE by Martina McBride is for him..... HOOKED ON A FEELING by Blue Swede is his favorite love song for me...... I'd like to hear from him, though this song ---- AMAZED by Lonestar.... And, that's it...

How about you guys? Go ahead, earn lots of points... Thanks in advance!!!

So like I visited my Grandmother this weekend and she's 81 years old and nice. But she always, ALWAYS, is clearing her blessid throat. Like every 10 seconds she'll go "eh emmm...eh emmm..." over and over, every where she goes she's "eh emmm...eh emmm." When Im watching TV, I can hear her clearing her throat upstairs and it really started to piss me off! So finally I confronted her about it. We were eating dinner she had made, and I said "This is great turkey Grandma", and she said "Thanks dear...eh emmm...." And that did it. I said, in quote, "Could you please stop doing that?! It's ******* annoying!" She took offense to how I spoke to her and told me I was rude. I couldn't help it. She isnt sick or anything- shes been clearing her throat like that for years. It just irks me when she does it- and she should get it treated. I just couldnt stand it anymore and had to let her know. Can someone tell me how I can get her to stop clearing her throat all the damnn time?

A fellow of mine has 2 daughters, one 13 the other 15 yo. She makes her daughters wear those frilly pinafores with straps that criss cross in the back and form a bow. Some days ago I went to her place and the girls were wearing them. They got kinda embarrassed. They told me this is their mom rule, they gotta wear them even when someone comes to the house. It's a kind of tradition there, though only the girls have to wear them all the time. Their mom wears sometimes.
The girls hate those pinafores and get really embarrased when someone outside their household sees them in those pinafores. They asked me to try to talk their mom out of that rule, tough they think this is impossible. Actually, I asked her to let the girls take them off cause they were embarrassed and got a sound NO WAY!. I told the girls it's not big deal, but they hate them. It's true they look kinda cute, sweet and feminine in those pinafores. Is it OK theit mom makes them wear? Does she have such right?

As a full time college student and a part time worker it's rare to find myself with a day off. I live at home with my parents to keep living expenses down and unlike most of my peers have managed to stay out of debt. Here's the problem:
I take care of all the housecleaning and living with a family of 5 "cleaning challenged" slobs it's a full time job in itself. I clean bathrooms, clean and fold laundry, dust, vacumn, do dishes, take out the trash, mop (yeah I'm complaining) anyways I wish my family would pick up after themselves, but even my parents don't do much and they won't tell my brother and sister to do anything. I would stop cleaning, but I've tried that before and the house gets filthy. I feel like a married woman with children and after going through this I don't even want to get married if it means being in this situation again. Should I keep cleaning up after my family or tell Mom and Dad to find a real maid?
