Are you saying that your wife has a low IQ? Well for starters, why would you come on here and talk about it. You should respect the women you married. How do you think she would feel if she saw this? That was just a cruel question. And if you didn't want to be married to a women with a low IQ, why did you marry her? Weren't you smart enough to know that her IQ was low? Doesn't sound like you love her at all. And somebody that would marry someone he didn't love probably has a lower IQ than she does. Well first, I have a question for her. How low is his IQ if you were his final choice on who to live with?
Listen, you deal with her as is she is the smartest woman on earth. It will help you occasionally forget, and make her feel good.
Also, how do you know what her IQ score is. And how close is it to yours.
Seriously, if she has a definite problem, try being nice. Don't make fun of her (publicly or privately). And join her in classes that you both would enjoy that grades doesn't matter. (ex: Bible studies, pottery classes, stained window creations)

in general i will say that you 'deal' with your wife like any man who loves his wife does
with understanding, care and concern, respect, kindness, affection, being a good man to your wife and her family........being supportive in all ways possible and i am sure your will recieve the same from your wife
a note to think about is A IQ is only a number and common sense, respect, loving and giving,kindness ... if a man recieves all of these who cares if you have to make decisions for you and your family, you are the man, stand up, roll with it , and be happy that she loves you.

I think i am the right person to reply you here !
First, don't get depressed yourself if you have low IQ wife.
Secondly, pl don't try to realise her that she has low IQ to avoid further depression which may result into a serious health problems for her!
Only the thing you should have to do is -
Give her positive treatment every time and not making her in inferiority complex by insulting her ego in day-to-day events and situations in the daily life.
Also, you have to accept her low IQ status but beware pl don't publish about her in public. Ultimately, you will be a looser in long run.
The reason is it is in your luck to fight with this situation so be prepared and be happy with her as this is not her fault ! It is God's given which she may not likes even !
