Depends on the woman. My wife loves Tweety, so anything Tweety is always a hit, while flowers are kind of ho-hum.
For most women, jewelry goes over well, assuming you know their tastes in jewelry - IE, whether they like gold vs silver, what kind of stones, etc.

Get a hotel for a night and go out for dinner. put together a basket with wine and chocolate, or get hotel to do it, for you hotel room. It is romantic and she will remember a night like that. Make it a surprise for her, give her flowers before you leave the house to the hotel and have her stuff already in the car. I don't know about her, but I am a sucker for stuff like that.
