I am throwing a B-day party for my cousin in 1 month. She is going to be 31 years old, I am on a tight budget for it, and i wanna get her good, cause she totally embarassed my other cousin (her sister) when she threw her a party for her b-day a couple of months ago!!!She is dreading turning 31 so we kinda wanna rub it in her face...does anyone have any really good ideas that we can do???????

First I would decorate her car with washable window felts - displaying her birthday age, also draw 31 pairs of g strings( that would be embarrasing). You could gather up a bunch of home photos and make a slideshow to present to at her party. You could tell her your both going to a halloween party, and get her to dress up really scantly and surprise her with her party and she will be the only one dressed up. Have fun embarrasing your cousin!

Have good music, invite a lot of people. Play a dorky game just for the heck of it, like pin the tail on the donkey. INSIST that everybody plays.
