I'm currently 8 months pregnant w/our 1st babygirl. My hubby and I have been married for 2 years and for some reason I ended up checking my email and my hubby's email was left open....I found that he was a member of a infidelity website called Ashely Madison.com. He has his profile pic on there and everything. I have done everything for this man & I am so disgusted by this. It's like I can't be in the same room with him. I am not working right now and he is the breadwinner. We are both 10 hours away from home, so we have no family here.

He's been distant, but not to a point I've suspected him of cheating. I don't know what to do at this point. I don't want to tell my parents, and I can't rely on anyone....

He's great I love him, he doesn't ever pressure me. Our wedding is about 2 years away due to school and money, my town is full of teenage girl getting pregnant but yet everyone else is pressuring us. I guess I just don't see what's wrong with waiting if it's what we both want.

I am married to someone that has been incarcerated for 8 years. We got married in 2006 and I really believe that he is not coming home at all. His sentence is 29 to 89 years and his projected release date is 2086. I want to move on with my life and get married and feel safe with my husband at home. I was told that marriages that have not been consummated was not legal.... I live in Maryland and I would like to know if that is in fact true or can I get this marriage annulled.

Having a girlfriend/boyfriend is alot of fun, but do you think its worth the trouble of disagreements, drama, BREAK UPS! and all the other things that could of been avoided if you never got into a relationship. Being alone is .... lonely, but you don't have to deal with the drama that comes along with a relationship. Its freedom at the cost of being alone. Is falling in love worth it?

We do, sometimes........ Me and my twin sister Chelsea always joke around, my little brother Ted always says when he's scared, "Mom, can I sleep in Tommy's room?" And my sister Joleen and I always tease each other--in a good way, of course...... And I taught my brother to pray, "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, who's the fastest gets the most. Amen."

My husband and I have his children every other night and every other weekend, so it is split 50/50. His ex does not have a phone, she lives with her bf and he is so jealous that when she uses his phone she dials star 67 so the number shows up private. This is so ridiculous to us, cuz we have no way of contacting the children on days they are with her or if something happened. She also does not have bedrooms for the children, they moved into the house in April and have been working on finishing the basement ever since so they can have rooms, so now they sleep in the living room together. They are 11 yr. old boy and 9 yr. old girl. Is there anything we can do about the phone situation or anything else?

I am the caregiver for my 83 year old father who went through a terrible divorce 8 years ago in California. Both parties had fixed incomes during the marriage, but since my father's income was higher, the judge ruled he should pay support until the time either him or his ex-wife passes.
I believe his ex is 81 now and lives in a nursing home and has so for about the last 7 years.
It has come to the point that I must put my father in assisted living facility and can no longer afford to pay the 574 spousal support, because all of his pension must go towards his maintenance now.
My question is, once I stop paying the support what are my legal options if the final divorce decree orders that my father must pay this money until his death.
Right now it is going to take every penny he has plus his savings to put him in a facility. How long should spousal support last when both parties are elderly? and what are my options...

I've been seeing a guy for 2 months. The first month was great - we saw each other a couple of times a week and had lots of fun. Then, he had a little freakout moment and wanted to "think things over" and "slow down", so we cut back to seeing each other once a week. He was stressed and overwhelmed with the holidays and dating someone for the first time in 3 years. (I know!) But kept calling me every couple of days.

We went to each other's company Christmas parties last week, but I haven't heard from him since Thursday. Not so much as a quick phone call or even a "Merry Christmas" text message. I'm so upset! What are guys thinking this time of year?

I'm afraid he'll call after the holidays and suggest we get together. It'll be hard for me to act like everything is okay. Should I hear him out, if/when he calls again? He hasn't said anything about New Year's and I already have other plans.

You and only you get what you earn and what is in your name and you get nothing more than that. Whoever gets the kids has to support them and there shall be no spousal support or child support payments, etc. You can have the kids (no visits wanted by the father) but if you can't support the kids, then give them to the father, he will support them, but you will not see them ever again until they are adults.

P.S: You know that the guy really loves you but he is only trying to be fair.

This question is for adult human females only. Please state your age.

Me and my best friend have been friends for years. Well a couple of months ago we were out at a club and we ended up making out. Now we are kind of like we want to mess around but we don't want it to ruin our friendship. So we have made plans to get togther once a month and have a good time. Do you think that this will ruin our friendship or make us stronger. By the way we are both married women and nither of us plans to tell what we are doing. We have been friends for 12years.
