Older or younger or it doesn't matter?

I dated a guy for six months -- he was smart,sexy, funny, sweet at first but quickly became detached, selfish and verbally abusive (disguised as jokes). He stopped wanting to have sex, wanting to go away or spend time alone. So I took a hint, said let's end it -- he agreed and I was sad but relieved. We e-mailed briefly for about a month and one day he asked to meet up . He said he wanted to try again, thet he took me for granted. I agreed with hesitation, because I had been hurt before. Five days later, he showed up at my apt with a bag of my clothes and said "I am selfish and immature , and I know it sounds pathetic but I can't give you what you need." I lost it. I cried like a baby -- he left. He said he really wants to be friends (we were friends first) I can't imagine not having him in my life, but part of me thinks he doesn't deserve my friendship. What would you do? Is it possible to be his friend now -- its been the most painful thing ever because I was in love.

Alright. I have a problem. I'm only ever interested in guys that are 3 or 4 years older than me.
I think the boys my age don't have the mental capacity to handle my difficult and complex personality. Also, I'm just really mature, and most people think I'm 3 or 4 years older than I am upon meeting me.
I'm a teen, also. Early teens...

So what should I do? Should I go for the guys I like, even though they're old? Or should I just not date at all until the guys my age are smart?

ok, so i've been talking this guy for a while now on myspace. he's amazing!! he's everything and anything I have ever wanted. no words to describe. I mean he is extremely smart!! he rap, write songs, very athletic, smart, talnted, loving, caring. we've been very open with eachother with anything that has to do with our feelings and our lives.
i really really really like him. it goes both ways. if you see the things he says and how he says..it's nothing i've ever heard before. we want to meet. there is a distance between our home town. long drive from here to there but possible if wanted. we havent talked on phone yet or that sort, but he knows more of me than many other is my life and same with him.honestly, I want to be with him. i really want to be his girl, and I know if we clicked like we do online same in real, we coul work something out regardless of disstance. but how does this work? i've never talked to a guy like this online and never met one this way...what is the next step?

on the whole, im much more optimistic than i ever used to be, and can find something good in everyday, but a problem has been plaguing me for as long as i can remember. maybe my brain is just hard-wired for this but more than anything i want love. i've always likes guys and no one has ever really liked me back. i had a pathetic little relationship back in highschool, and since then there's just been nothing. ive liked guys, i like one now and i got really close with him, physically and it was wonderful but i know he doesnt want a relationship right now and i guess it's set me off. i cant talk to friends about this because i dont want to sound depressed or self-depricating but part of me thinks that i will be alone, romantically, forever, and that noone will ever like me as much as i might like them. people always say "oh, it will happen, i know it" and i try to keep hope, but how do they know!? i really think people say that out of habit, just to make you feel better. thoughts??

Ok So Me and my ex broke up relli over nuthing, Its been a couple months he hasent seen any body yet but i?
Have And It hasent worked out too well....Now we had a good relationship b4 this we dated for about 1yr and 1/2 and it was good

Well Now he has changed alot and I relli miss him I would love to get to go back out with him

Its Been Totally hard without him

My ex broke up with me 2 months ago to sort out college stuff, his feelings changed and due to our busy schedules we were seeing less and less of each other which caused arguing. He wants to try again and Im all for it but not now. I just am very stressed with college, working 2 part time jobs now and its just going to be the same arguments if we try now. However I dont want him to think I am throwing his reason from 2 months ago back into his face because Im not. I would love to be friends and see how things go but I dont want him to think he has to wait for me if he finds someone new. I love him but its not the right time as bad as that sounds...What do I do?

I guess i have feelings for someone who does not have feelings for me. We are basically friends with benefits, havent had a discussion, but his actions are doing the talking. He will only contact me on friday or sat around 8...he'll maybe contact me once during the week, but mostly i dont hear from him during the week just weekends. He lives about 30 min away. I always go to see him. I prefer going to see him, but it's like, hmm he isnt putting any effort into things with me. However, he is always the one who contacts me, i just wont put myself out there really to be the first to initiate. Not sure what to do. My gut is i wont hear from him this weekend since we hung out the past 2 weekends. Also, he just had a baby (not with the mother, bad story) so he said he cant have anything serious bc of that. UNderstood, but he could contact me more than once a week.

Hi I'm 14 and there is this girl on my bus that's 13 but a grade behind me. She sits with me for most the ride home pretty much every day. Okay, here's the thing. Her boyfriend tells her that he is busy. He says that he needs to study for a chemistry exam. But, then he tells her to call him so that he can "talk his voice away" with her. So, she calls him again and again but he won't pick up the phone. Eventually, after two weeks, someone does but it is his best friend who picks up the phone and after finding out it is her, he hungs up on her, telling her that her boyfriend is still busy studying for this "exam". It's passed two weeks! And he's in high school, not college. Any guesses as to why this guy is doing this to her?

He recently moved to San Antonio Texas where he is living with his current girlfriend. I dont like her.

I think he is going to marry her...

But...My parents have been divorced since I was 7. It was very difficult. But it is more so now that I am older because I understand it all now.

He left. He didnt want the responsibilty of having children or a wife. So he cheated on my mom and left.

I know that he doesnt love me...what kind of father lives 1,463 miles away from his children and family?

He calls everyday...and tells me he loves me. But I dont believe him.

Because of him, I dont have a regular life. No daddy to cry on. No daddy for my little brother...

Do I need like a theripist or something?

What did I do wrong?

This year i lost my baby cousin because he was born 4-5 months early, i lost my best friend to a shooting that had happen right in front of my on house, he wasn't suppose to be there,and I also lost my uncle 10days before halloween. he past because of an achool abuse.
