Tell him how you feel... Like why you love him, and then say I Love You....
I said I Love You first between my Husband and I.... and it was sooner than 6 weeks. We've been together for 7 1/2 years now. It was NYE and I was babysitting a friends kids, and we were laying down on the couch watching the NY ball drop. And uncontrollably I blurted out how I felt and said I Love you... I was shocked and amazed at my self, but I had been wanting to say it for ever, and glad I did, even though after I did my heart was racing and I felt like I was going to die b/c it was going to pop out of my chest... lol He looked back at me and said I love you, and you could tell by the look in his eyes and the sound of his voice and the way he held me when he did, he meant every bit of it.

PS after 6 1/2 years of dating we got married, and after 2 months of marriage we conceived our child and we are now expecting a baby girl on Feb 16th. 11 weeks to go!!!!

Just wait for a really good moment to say it.
You could do something really romantic for them and then during, tell them you love them.

you are not in love you are in lust which can last till about the first 3 months. you feel you "love" everything they do, say, and think.
be careful about sharing your feelings too soon. you just might get hurt, also do you know if he "loves" you back.
