usually if a girl calls a guy a psycho the guy gets the message,, what about the type of guy who just dosnt give an f no matter what you do or call him?

That would be a true psycho, typically the term is used lossly for a male thats acting a bit out of sorts, out of charater, or just being a bit werid and possive. So usually he well get the message, if not, then she better get the msg to leave....
