My Sister in law had an 7 month affair that was exposed to everyone who known these people.
The divorce was my bother (1/2) who has challenged the NOFAULT RULE in Ca., stating the affair was the primary cause of divorce and asked the JUDGE for a CAUSE OF ACTION with detail so as to sue his wife for custody, and majority potion of the community property!

HE GOT IT on all counts and got 90% of the community property as well as physical custody of the children because he proved that his wife started to CO- habituate with individual who she was having the AFFAIR WITH and did not want his kids around the man!

Now let me say this I think the whole think STINKS to high HEAVEN, and both party's need to grow up, that said I can't fathom how this woman had the affair, how the LAWS of NO FAULT could be side stepped like this.
I practice Financial Meadion so I'm out of element on subject .

HAS ANYONE HERE HEARD OF THIS BEING APPIED TO DIVORCE LAWS?

I know there might be a bit of backlash on this one but here goes....an example:
Women are attracted to men that are ,inteligent,
go getters,,humorouse,dynamic and successfull!
To be all of these things by deffinition these men must also(to some degree) be forcefull,assertive,demanding,A type personalities
BUT
When they get us they are happy with all the good stuff but want us to suppress the parts they do not like!
Am i the only one that sees that we all come as a package?some good some bad?

My fiance and I beed together 7 years. When he goes partying with his friends he somtimes goes to strip clubs. He lets me know when ever he goes and I dont get bothered by it. I even go with him every now and then. My friends say that I am crazy and I should not let him out. I dont care what she really thinks as long as my fiance keeps me happy thats all I care about

.She isnt afraid to touch me she sometimes touches or rubs agiasnt my arm
. Makes frequent eye contact "the eye contact were you feel like she is waiting for something"

It may seem obvious but she ignores me and doesnt really make an effort to get to know me. We have know each other for about a year but where not at the friends level.
I would talk to her but i just get so nervous i cant talk to her. oh ya were 18 shes 3 months older but i dont think she knows that

it seems my ex of 4 years broke up in June.He is always trying to talk to me about every 2 weeks. but then would tell me he doesn't want me moving on but doesn't know if he wants me. My ex-girlfriend has been acting strange. We were together for almost 3 years. However, she ended the relationship, but yet hasnt let go. She calls me or texts me everday. She even invites me out to lunch where she'll pay sometimes, so she's not using me for money. She says we won't be getting back together, but to me her actions are so different. How many ex-girlfriends break up with the guy, and yet they are the one that does all the contacting, also when were out she tries to be extremely flirty with me and only me. All my friends think she's holding onto something that she's just trying to see me put forth some effort when it comes to us. Yet she adamently says no we wont be dating again. Shes also pretty touchy with me when were out. Everyone but her says they think we'll get back together if its what I want, thats how confident they are she'll come back to me. She says I really hurt her, but for someone that was so hurt it doesnt make sense for her to keep coming around. Lost?

Basically I have recently gained quite a bit of weight (mainly due to an accident I had 4 months ago which left me depressed and trapped at home most days, the gym was a no go area). I was a comfortable UK size 12/14 which I was happy with. I am not happy with the weight I have put on.

Well my best friend who is 29yrs old (I am 22) knows I am unhappy and knows I have been dieting and getting back to exercise now that I have recovered. What has upset me is the fact that she is always calling me fat even before I put on the weight, pointing out my weight gain, and doing it in public very loudly, this evening I was with her for 1hr and she called me fat about 7 times, I had a go at her and she just said 'but u are fat' so we sat in silence all the way home.

I am feeling really bad, both about the weight and the fact that my best friend is calling me names that I haven't heard since I was in school. And don't know what to do about either.

HELP!!!!!!!

My wife and I have been married for 15 years. I love her and I know she loves me. We never fight, never hit each other, we're both hard workers, but here's the problem... since about the first year after we married, she cut our sex life by half, the following 2 years, by half again, and by the 4th year, I was the only one interested in making love! She would make love to me after me asking her after a month or two, but was realy never inot it as I'd like her to be. The following years were worst! The last 8 years, if I tried to kiss her she'd turn her head, if I touched her body or caressed her sexually, she would push my hand away, and tell me to leave her alone, if I talked about making love, she'd ignore me or do something else, or tell me to be quiet if she was watching TV, etc. I have even left her alone for weeks to see if she would try herself, but she didn't even try once! I even left her twice wanting to divorce because of this. She asked me to come back and I did!

This is really annoying but when me and my best girl friend go out, lots of guys always ask us to do a lesbian kiss. We never have and I never want to (I have kissed a girl before, in my teens, in a weird phase), but it happens every time we are out in a club or at a party.

I am 13 and I really have feelings for this guy named Bobby. We flirt alot, but he goes to a different school. I know I like him and I know he likes me. well...
my girfriend was going out with her ex for quite a while , and they were in love. they broke up and now im with her. i know her ex and i know what hes capable of.

she constantly tells him what i say and some of my secrets which she says it between us. she then goes out and tells him.
they tell eaxhother eachs secrets and shes constantly leaving me for him so i stand there....

when i confront her about it she gets angry and an argument settles in. i feel like i cant talk to her about it. he constantly treats her like **** and when hes ready to talk to her she runs straight back to him and becomes his best friend . i ask her why she can just run back to him and shes i dont no its hard to explain...

i dont no if that means that she still has feelings for him or if shes too attached to him still

thing is ive already forgiven her already for her being really drunk and trying something on with him....

First of all, im not gay. And no, i really dont care if you think i am for asking this. But it seems like homosexuality/bisexuality has been a big topic lately. Some people are more open to it and others not so much. The people who say they are against it, most of them are only against it because they say its a sin. Besides that, do you really have any reasons for being against it? Then you have your homophobes that say anything sexual with gays/bis is disgusting. Which is funny seeing as how they think two guys is gross, but two hot girls doing sexual things are amazing, and watch lesbian porn but yet are against it? hm.

So what are your reasons for being for or against it? I want real reasons. Dont say its a sin because you have to have other reasons. If you think its a choice, ok some people choose it yes but they just get fed up with being treated like crap so they go onto the other sex. i doubt someone would choose to be called a queer their whole life.
