A very shy girl gave me signs that she was interested in me. I made small talk most times and now say hi whenever I see her.
I made a full conversation the other week but it was just me asking all the questions, she'd answer shyly. She was so shy with me that even if I said hello she wouldn't answer but just smile and look down.

This week she's still very shy with me, as before, but now she'll lose eye contact, and give quick answers, that almost seem like she's uncomfortable and it looks like she doesn't wish to speak to me.
I was told "don't come on too strong, or you'll scare her off", so I did just that and it worked well. Now I want to get to know her and talk to her more often and I'm worried I might have blown it by saying 'hi, how are you' once a day.

I really want to ask her out this week (its her favorite event). But I want to know if those recent signals that seem like ignoring are real. Why would she be doing that how should I proceed?! I don't want to come off as creepy

ok, i went to the store today and while waiting to check out this guy asked me what time it was......i showed him my phone with the time on it........now i am thinking i should have talked back......he was cute! lol. is there a chance i will meet him at the store if i go back there tommorow at thesame time.....i gotta go anyway but i'd be fun if we came across each other again. i can't even remember how he looks like ...lol.

OK..i met thsi girl about 6 months ago..that day i ased her to dance..adn we talked..after that i dint see her untill abotu 2 months ago..adn we talked and dance and i she todl me she broke up with her bf liek a year ago and taht she was single and all that nice stuff i wanetd ot hear...when i got her number I started teesting and she will respond..everyhtgin was great i went to pick her up form school....adn it was ok..later we talked in teh phone adn everynow and then she text me too...i think she knows i like her since i'm complementign her most of teh time and dedicated soem sogn sto her....i ased her if she still love her ex and she said no...but i know taht she kinda does because she puts pictures of him and her in her myspace..and writes commenst such as.."its love"...so idk...she is nice to me however lately i asked her if she wanted to go out somewhere she said she was not home..adn then i asled her another day and she said she couldn't....

So me and this girl have had a crush on each other for at least 7 months and just recently we expressed it to it each other. and after we got really close with each other for like 2 weeks she got weirded out and said that we should just chill for a few. so i said thats fine ill be waiting for you. This was 2 weeks ago. And her b-day was 2 weeks ago. So today she was wearing a shirt from a certaiin college where her summer fling goes to now. (By the way we are seniors).So apparently 3 days after we had our little talk about how she wanted us to chill her ex-fling came to town and gave her that for her b-day. I find this fishy just b/c it was days after our talk that he came from a different state and i even asked her before i expressed how i feel if she still had feelings for him and she said no. And its also fishy b/c she didn't tell me about this. So my question is does want me or him, she has said it would never work between them b/c he is out of state. But y would she still see him

I love my mother dearly, but she's gotten to the point that I have to tell her when to take her medicine and fuss at her when she won't wear her hearing aids. She's frustrated because she can't do the things she used to and I'm frustrated because I see her slowly slipping into old age and I can't get her to understand that she's going to have to start making changes in her lifestyle. She was a wonderful parent to me. I want to be there for her. But I don't want her to resent me for taking care of her when she can't do things for herself. Any advice?

okay, whats up guys? thank you so much for taking the time to read my question. okay, here is the deal. last year, i didnt do so great in school because you know, i was a lazy bum, i admit it, but thank God that i got my butt back in shape and I want to start with a new goal for my education. yet, it turns out that my dad has been diagnosed with a disease. unfortunately, that gets in the way of my education, because i always to miss school to go with him to his appoinments and stuff. i really dont mind, as long as he is good. but i really cant get my grades up if i am missing so much school. can you guys please give me a suggestion on what i can do? what if i graduate with sucky grades? i am such a screw up.thank you, all your answers are appreciated it. <3

Seriously, this is getting on my nerves. Everyone on here talks about women in bars like they are the lowest creatures on earth and keep telling me I would be crazy to try to meet them. I don't really have any other options because my town has very few young people, I have to go where they are to find a girl. When I really look at this from a logical perspective, meeting women in bars does not sound bad at all.

Women in bars and clubs are not all sluts (which is really just a sexist stereotype), They are not more diseased than other women (stds are rooted in poverty, not promiscuity; that is a fact), and as far as the belief that women in bars do not want to meet men; that is something that those idiotic pick up artists got started. Every reputible sociologist and dating expert I have ever listened to has said bars and parties are ground zero for male/ female interaction. The guys just have to know what they are doing (which I do). If anyone thinks I am wrong, please let me know.

Basically here's the jist of it (SORRY NO LINK)

A guy found out that his wife of 10 yrs was having an affair for a bour 5 months with some other guy who was also married. When she went on a business trip for the weekend the husband pretty much packed up the house and was gone! Cleared out his half of the bank account and the house. All she was left was her clothe in the closet and some other things. He then later (some how!) found the other man's wife and Emailed her about the affair. No info on that side.

The cheated on husband pretty much deserted his adulterous wife. Took the money and the house virtually. THEY HAD NO KIDS!!

Now some people actually critized the husband in the article.

Was he too quick to run? Should he have tried to work things out?

I personally find it fantastic!!

I hate to say this about my flesh and blood, but my brother is a lost cause.

He'll be 21 next month. He stopped going to community college, is not working (although he gets his money somehow..Apparently from selling weed), and he recently stopped attending his court ordered community service. So now he'll lay low at my mom's house because there may be a warrant put out for his arrest because he didn't finish community service. The bulk of his friends have either been arrested, shot at, and a couple killed.

Me and my mother have talked to him and reasoned with him countless times telling him he needs to get his act together and better his life. It's like he listens, but he doesn't listen. My brother's father is basically not in the picture, and mom is at a wits end with him. I know she wants to kick him out, but she fears that something bad will happen to him..something worse than him getting arrested. And he is her only son. What to do?

I used to think he had a small crush on me with the things he would do like:
- he told me i was pretty once over AIM
- i would catch him looking at me
- i went on break (we work together) and he asked if i paid for my food and said yes and than he gave me a free break ticket than later i gave it back to him telling him i wouldn't use it or i would lose it and than he said " fine, you just ripped my heart out."
- he once scared me and i was like " i hate you" and he said " no you dont"
- i than went on break with his friend and he went to break with my friend but when i got off break he was like " so you'll eat lunch with him but you won't eat with me, okay, i see how it is."
- he said i smelt good once
- he would say i broke his heart and do a little broken heart with his fingers.
- he said i was to young to have a boyfriend

But now I don't know he seems to be interested in my friend more now. When ever I see him we don't talk we just kinda look at each other...

I just recently started talking to this guy from work. I called him at nine this evening and he said give me 15 minutes and I'll call you back. Well, it's 10:30 P.M. and he still hasn't called. It's not like we're a couple or anything but I still want him to call when he says he will. Why should I care if he calls me or not and we're just friends. He got a call at work from him sister ..we havent spoken to the family in almost 3 years. His Son has refused to see him since we got married (18) and tonight when my husband came home I said you have to call. So he called the houst where his son lives and some woman answered the phone claiming to be a friend of the X and she said if we do come to the funeral DO NOT BRING YOUR WIFE..well first off I wouldnt want to go but to be there for the Justin. I just feeling really sad right now.....please i need encouragement...this woman would not let us talk to Justin or his current step father should we call backl maybe tomorrow. I just moved back into a high school with people that I knew back in 6th grade, and there is this guy i liked then, and like again now. He is very shy and quiet, and I am the polar opposite, but not to an extreme. Also, I barely know him, and we only have one class together. But he did remember me when I did talk to him. Like, when a girl is attracted to a guy, she looks at the guy when far away, but when she is within an arms length, her eyeball looks right past you and around you or they pretend to be interested by something to their left or right.

Been married 1 1/2years I have a 1y/o son with my current wife, and a 2y/o daughter w/ someone else. We fight all the time about little stuff and big stuff, she has hit me a couple of times, we've both cheated, I dont trust her, and she probably dont trust me. I dont feel like she treat my daughter the same way she treat our son. We have sex like 1 a month and its usually horrible. Since I have been married my life has gone down hill.
Im 25 she'll be 24 in December, we've actually been together off and on since highschool, about 7 years.
