i want to do what is the best thing but how can i do it when no one give me achance i just broke up with my boyfriend and he wants me back but i don't want to go back to him because he is abuse what do i do

If your boyfriend is abusive you did the best thing by leaving him. I know he will say he loves you and that he will never be that way again, but trust me he will. I know it will be hard but stay away from him. 9 times out of 10 he will continue to be abusive and it will only get worse not better. Run for the hills while you can.

Get a life. Take a class, join a club, get active in a church, take a yoga class, hang out at coffee houses, the library or anywhere.

You did the right thing. Never go back with an abusive person, stay away. If your friends don't understand, then get some new friends.

You are valuable and should never put up with abusive people. Dump them once you know they are abusive. Be very careful too, make sure you protect yourself. Don't talk to them, let them in your home or go anywhere with them. End it. If you need to, get a restraining order if they threaten you.

Get a support group. Tell your friends, your family, people you trust about the abusive relationship you just endured. If you don't want to press charges, then don't, but at least have other people in your life that can protect you from him and protect you from getting back together with him. Don't worry what everyone say, do what's best for you. I was in an abuse marriage and everyone wanted me to stay with my husband. But at the end of the day, I was the only one going to sleep with the psycho. You can't live for people. So live for yourself.

My Gf and i juz broke up yesterday, and it was the biggest challenge of my life, i'm still trying to get over her but when flashbacks happens. Makes me wanna call her and tell her that lets give it another chance, i treated her like a princess gave her everything she wants i went to the max with her, but she still broke up with me. People tells me that im still young and there's so much fish in the ocean i should just dive in and look for 1, my personality will be the bait. For your situation just tell him that he abuses you too much explain to him how you feel about your relationship.

Hunnie, if he is abusive, you definitely should not take him back, because abuse eliminates more chances. You already know the answer -- if he is abusive -- get out and stay away from him -- you are worth more than that.
You might should seek some counseling -- sounds like you need a fresh jolt of "self -esteem". If he is abusive, he has very low-self esteem, and that's why he takes it out on you.
