My boyfriend and i live in separate places, I live in Canada and he now lives in the united states.. he wants to marry me as soon as possible so i can stay in the states with him and have a big wedding later. I want to know where i can find the process of a civil marriage in the states?

I have a bipoler Daughter(28)( wifes kid ) who has 3 kids and is working ,but we end up sitting the kids 5 days a week. And both of us are working full time also,( we are in the 40+ age group). I'm so dam tired all the time. I love my Grand kids but not all the time. Do I go or stay?

My ex fiance and I have a 17 month old daughter..He's met her twice. I have gone out of my way to try to involve him, even had her first birthday party at his parent's house. I have sent pictures, cards and gotten no response. In June I asked for help with daycare and he said he would see..I waited and waited and finally told him he was a jerk and I would let the attorney general handle it. I tried tonight to talk to him on yahoo i/m to see if we could be cordial and work things out to no avail. My question is could I just let the attorney general handle my support case and just hire a lawyer to do my custody? I'd like sole physical custody of our daughter, but I will allow visitation..Im in Texas if that makes any difference. Also the father is going to college in Alabama should I give the Child support officers his college address or permanent address in Texas? Will they still make him pay something even if he is not working and being supported by his parents? He is 24 years old.

Our school finishes next friday and this 1 friend...he's nice to everyone but he's not being sincere to me. He asked a umber of classmates to write in a book of his on what they wish/hope for him because next year he's moving back to Johor,Malaysia.
He never asked/tell me about it! I asked about his phone number but he won't gave me. I took his number somewhere but since he's not being sincere to me, I won't either. He gave me his email address but he doesn't seemed to care any emails I sent him. You know about friendster.com ? We and other classmates have an account. I added him as a friend a few times but he cancelled me! I asked him at school and he said he didn't know I added him. At first, he set his comments to be approve automatically. After I sent a few comments about advices and tell that I care...he deleted all those comments and set his comments to be sent by his friends only. He never does that anyone except me. I never did anything to him. What's wrong with him? !

Right here goes....

2 months ago i was in a really happy 2 year relationship, then out of the blue she said she needed space and a week later she dumped me (on msn i might add) i fell to peices deep into a black hole but i manged to pull my self together after a month. Now i met this other girl on saturday shes really nice but we arnt going out. but we have planned to see eachother later this week an on friday she is staying round. Last night my ex txt me saying she loves me and miss's me so we met up and had a chat about things. she wants me to wait untill shes got her job sorted (in 3 months) and get back with me because then we would be stable. I still love her, she never cheated or anything just got scared. so what am i going to do?

1. Stay with the new girl ive met and keep seeing her for 3 months then go with my ex?
2. stay with the new girl and ditch the ex.
3. tell the new girl *something* to put her off me and wait for my ex for 3 months.

you can see im well lost

"You can't help who you fall in love with".. why is that so?
I've really fallen for this guy, but i don't want to, because i don't think he likes me back. But everytime i go out and stuff i keep comparing everyone to him, and can't stop thinking about him. We are in the same class, and I've tried flirting, like eyecontact and stuff.. and we do talk to eachother.. but he is flirty with every girl in the class, that's just him.. so i'm really confused. Do I dare to make the first move, or will I make a complete idiot of myself..
. I don't know what to do! Any help? How can I forget the guy I've liked for 2 years:S!?

I had a really dumb fight with a guy I was dating five months ago.
We were close, meshed great, best sex ever.
But I kept focusing on our age difference.
He is nearly 29 and Im 36. Seems like HUGE gap to me.
But my friends, my family and HE all thought I was idiotic to care about the age difference.
He would only discuss it with me one time. He said when we met he thought I younger than him. And I admitted he is mature so I thought he was my age.
He said I look/act a lot younger and to not dwell on it again.
Well because he IS handsome, sweet, smart, funny, kind and successful he has girls hitting on him. I am attractive and very young looking but I let it eat at my heart. so caused dumb fight .. we broke up/he got a new GF. now 5 months later he saw me around town and says he misses me and that I was perfect for him and why did I let go so easily. He asked if I missed him and ever really cared. Heartbreaking. He is much more of a grown up than I am and also seems older.

I left a used condom in a plastic bag on my kitchen. I forgot to throw it out and my mom found it and then confronted me. I felt horrible. She looked and felt very dissapointed at me. I didn't know what to tell her. I'm in a serious relationship and I already finished college, so I think I waited until the right time to be intimate with someone for the first time. She does not understand this because everything in her generation was different. She comes from a catholic family and her strict latino heritage doens't help at all. I just don't know what to do now, what should I tell her or do to gain her trust back? Besides what can I do now so that when I go out with my bf she doens't think that we're having sex every time.

My fiance and I are long distance and supposed to get married next month. I have my suspicions that he is cheating. He does most of the things right. Emails, Calls at least once a day, but certain things are different. He wont call after a certain time every day. When I call him and tell him to call me back, he just doesn't. But then the next day he is totally normal, telling me he loves me, can't wait for me to be his wife, it will be the best day of his life, Im the love of his life........but the calls that used to come in pretty much around the clock don't anymore.....and OH YEA!, two of our close friends said that they saw him with a girl outside of a bar one night and they were talking about leaving together. He denies going home with her but that particular night he couldn't be reached till 4pm the next day. We are long distance so I can't know for sure, but some things just don't seem right.

my story is kinda hard to explain but i'll tell you the basics,i have three kids,i was put out of my husbands house along with my kids because of some other affair he was having,and when i got mad he called the police to tell me to leave,so i had to leave with my 3 kids,no family to go to,i went to a friends to stay but someone called dhs because the house was too small for so many people and the kids were sleeping on the floor,i told dhs it was only temporary but they said i needed to find a better place for my kids,so i called a friend that i knew could fit us and had plenty of room in her house,but she said she could only take the kids,so i took the kids over there and my friend gave some papers to sighn so that it would be legal,and i did, i just wanted my kids in a safe place,until i got back on my feet.
now that i can,im trying to get them back and i have all this legal stuff to do,its not like they were taken from me,or is there a difference?

My fiance and I are aiming for a 2010 wedding. We are both 41 years old now. I want the big Church wedding that I've always dreamed of. Over the years we have both met so many friends and we both have large extended families. My idea is to not have a sit-down reception but a BIG dance with hors d'oeuvres served throughout the evening. I've just started reading the Bridal books, and they say Formal, semi-formal etc...Can I make this idea of mine work??? Any Suggestions? I'm also thinking maybe we could have the ceremony on Friday and then the dance on Saturday...This would help us, the Bride and Groom, too since we both have back problems and find it difficult to stand for long periods of time...and the guests would not assume that there will be a formal meal ~ since we can state " Dance to be held ..." on the invitations. All Ideas Welcomed...

I developed a friendship with a guy I roomed with over the summer. During this period, I was especially kind to him and I sometimees felt as though he took advantage of my kindness. However I avoided confrontation because I saw these faults in his personality as minor faults. However, I now work with him as a partner in a lab class. During this time, he has displayed a domineering personality and talks down to me at times. We have had verbal confrontation a total of three times our time as lab partners. After our last confrontation, I am hoping that our friendship will cease. Can someone give their opinions about this case and tell me how I can continue to work with him as a lab partner.

Do you think that if you were dating someone 5 years and you broke up with them and you claimed that you really loved the other person you were with very much.....do you think that it's really truly possible to;

Meet someone on a cell phone through the internet on a text messaging service....text them for two month.....meet them only 3 weeks ago from today in person and say that you have moved on, over it, and happy with this new girl. Plus say that you love them already and are going to marry her soon and move her in with you? This meaning that you could get over your ex you supposedly loved even though you say you don't now in just knowing someone personally for 3 weeks????

Also she has been really nasty lately to me when she texts or talk and at first she wanted to be friends and I kept asking her questions for closure and she rubs it in my face about her new gf (sending me pics of them kissing and her new ring) Do u think she is tryin to hurt me because she is hurting inside?

It is so hard loving someone who was taught to never trust.
