OK what would you think if a guy brought his girlfriend to stay over at his parents' house???is that an important step and he doesn't realise or it means nothing?

Please Read because I need all the help I can get:
My sister is a Freshman in High School & I am a Junior, we both go to the same school & she is a very pretty girl & she goes with this blind guy who is a 2-year senior (yes, I know!). She says that people make fun of her because she goes out with him. Today I went into her school computer account (I know it wasn't right) & I read something were it said someone called her a B*tch and a whore for no reason, when I read it it hurt me too, because she is not a B*tch & a whore & it hurt me even more because she said it hurt her feelings but she was gonna try & stick it out . Then she tells my mother & me that people talk about her for no reason, even on the cheerleading squad, & no one even helps her when she needs it.
I went through a lot of social problems in my Freshmen year, but I'll be damned if I let it happen 2 my sister, I just want whats best for her & I don't want her to go through what i had to, what do I do or say to her?

If you are familiar with Orange County you might have heard of Mariposa Bridal. I found a dress that I liked for $1158 . I just went to Alfred Angelo which is about $300 cheaper but because their is only four and a half months till the wedding I have to pay extra for faster shipping. I was wondering if the shops I see in the area like mom and pop shops or shops i see in certain districts are cheaper in price and are they good quality. Please let me know if you have any experience with this.

My fiance and I don't discuss "celebrities". Most of them are unattractive to us etc (fake, plastic, make-up).

Tonight I asked him if Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sandra Bullock or Scarlett Johannsen was attractive.. he said yes for the most part.

In the beginning we said not to make it a thing to say "who's hot" etc. I'm just wondering though... do any of you talk about things like this? Like who's hot?

*For a male we both agree that Duncan Sheik, Jude Law and Liam Neeson are very good looking.

I just graduated high school, just turned 18 and got my first job at a print shop...get paid $10/hr ..work 40 hrs a week....im giving my parents $40 a week...my mom is demanding more money right now...im trying to save money for a car...do you think theyre being fair?? before i had a job they never used to ask me for money...and they didn want me work either...juz concentrate on skool...but now that i have a job they think i should be giving them about $100 weekly??!?! do you think thats fair?? im also trying to save money for college..im taking a year off....any suggestions...thx

Hello there,

Ive been married for 2 years and it has been hell. The first 6 months were perfect ... but the first day she slapped me for being late, everything went down. I have NEVER hurt her in any way .. but her insults, beatings and threats are killing me. Now we are separated, I want to start new and have a new life but she doesent want to divorce. What can i do? my mum just had menopause about a year ago. and every once in awhile, she gets really violent. she threw plates at me, broke everything in the house. my dog had a little "accident" on the carpet just now. and she went berserk. she wanted to kill her. I had to lock that dog in my room.
is the whole violent thing just an effect from menopause?
she has been an angry person her whole life but she usually just screams and threatens people. since last year, she's been really violent.. like physically violent..
is there anything i can do to stop her being so angry?

My family is all out of town

I broke up with my BF of 3 years a short while ago - and apparently he was out screwing someone he met at the State game this weekend. Its not making me feel too good about myself.

I only have a couple of freinds, one is going to be out of town, and the other is fighting cancer so I don't want to disturb him.

My best freind of 25 years got engaged a few months ago, and he stopped talking to me because it upset his fiance.

I'll be 35 when I wake up - and I'm not looking forward to it.

Anyone have any advice?
or even just anything you think might brighten my day?

A classmate invited me over to study but when I got there to study she told me she really studied already.So we didnt really do any studying,all we did was watch tv/Now before we were kind of flirty with each other in class,and in my mind I thought something might happen if i came over. I met this girl in class and I really like her, we talked a lot in class and she always looks at me eye to eye when i'm talking. She also laughs a lot at the things I say even though they aren't funny. We have hung out several times of which all were a dinner + movie type thing. After a movie (usually ends at around 9pm) we would walk over to a close by starbucks to have a drink and chat till around midnight. There were never any awkward silent moments during the time we hung out and we both always had A LOT to talk about.

So i've also noticed that I have always been the one starting conversations (on IM like msn) so I decided that I would not message her and see if she would ever message me first. But so far I have not gotten a message from her yet! and it's been around 3 days since we last talked on msn. Is she just not interested or does she want me to always start the conversation? I don't wanna sound too needy too.. Do you think it was a bad idea not to message her??

My eighteen year old brother has know for years that he would have to find his own place once he reached the age of eighteen. I always thought that was fine since I moved out when I was eighteen and became more self-sufficient, responsible and independent for it. Unfortunately, he isn't like that. He asked me if he could live with me and I told him that if he did it would be because there was something he wanted to accomplish that would best be done in this city. So far, he's hardly done anything but watch tv. He doesn't want to go to school (he dropped out of high school a few times) and it seems like he's trying to not find a job. I don't care whether he studies and works part-time or works full time, but I don't want to have to support him when I'm going to school full time and working.
