don't do it..because...it won't last...trust me ...these manager guys always seem to think they know what they're ding and think they can have any girl...including the ones at work.
And once they do get it, they tell their other high position buddies, then those tell regular employees and believe me word gets around even to the guy who cleans the place and your hardly see. He may want you more, but nothing speaks better than a woman who never gives it up to just anybody.
And lets, say you do...believe me it won't last and it will be awkward afterwards and the other people will look at you like the typical secretary s**t.

There are laws that protect you from unwanted advances and any reprisals from not allowing him to get next to you.
You need to first VERBALLY let him know that you are not comfortable with the situation as it sits, with his making passes at you. The passes are NOT welcome and make working there very stressful. Ask him to please keep the relationship on a strictly professional level. You may wish to remind him of Department of Labor and EEOC rules against making the workplace a sexually charged and uncomfortable atmosphere. That should put a stop to it. Nobody wants to get sued or fined.
If he starts up again, then write him a memo reminding him of the conversation you had with him that particular day (give the date) and remind him of DOL/EEOC rules.
The next time you write him a memo to remind him, you do a CC going to the HR department.
Make sure you keep copies of everything, and write down every instance of come-ons or nasty comments, and when they happened (day and date). If you are denied a pay raise when other people get one, you have grounds for formal EEOC complaint. You may have to protect yourself. Chances are, you are just the latest one of a long line and personnel knows about it. Do not show any fear. Stand up for yourself. Be professional.

If you feel comfortable you can alert him how uncomfortable you're feeling and you don't appreciate his come ons. If you don't feel comfortable confronting his advances then you have to go to your superiors above him.
