Haha i hate to admit it,but i cry everyday! Crying is actually healthy,a way of releasing your emotions. But maybe it can also be a sign of depression,depending upon how much you cry. some people are just very emotional,like me.

It depends on what's going on. Some years I don't cry at all. Since my dad died in 2004, I cry more. Probably 5-10 times per year, which is a lot for me.
